Staff is way in over their heads. Register guy was not nice at all and I waited over a hour to get 3 transparencies made. I asked for pricing for 2k of their promotional pieces and they couldn’t figure it out. I’ll still to Bay Area locations

My experiences have always been pleasant. Every worker has been super helpful. Especially Robert. And Chris. The others were great too but those were the only names I caught. I go here often and I usually am in and out quickly with what I need.

Came in today to get some ink for my printer. Traveling from Midland TX and didnt bring what I needed! Was approached by a sales associate named Bishop to see if I needed any help. Told him what I needed and why. He was so great!! He helped me price match with Amazon (which I didnt even know was a thing) and told me about the recycle program for the cartridges! Superior customer service!! Way to go Mr. Bishop! Thank you for being so helpful!!!

This place has declined in Customer Service, hardly anyone in this place to help. The desk area Use to have 2 young men that were really good at troubleshooting or offering advise on any issue, didnt mind taking the time to offer one on one help; well the help there is really bad now, I had to get my prints done at Another Office Depot, someone technical!

I am so disappointed because they use to have such great service....I could go in anytime and get something printed with no problems or attitude. They have a new manager who cut back their help at night. They were standing behind the counter with no customer and just hanging out talking. As soon as I needed something printed. We cant do that right now because they cut our help. The young man who use to do our orders was always smiling and would get it done in less than 10 min. Horrible service . Sorry to disturb your hang out time !

Girl who barely attempted to help me was unfriendly and seemed upset that she had to do something for a customer. Another worker was able to help size a picture perfectly and she either wasnt knowledgeable or she was too lazy to do it. She basically had a too bad attitude and didnt make any attempt to even try. Makes it worth the trip to go to another location .

Robert was awesome and so helpful! Super knowledgeable about printers and laptops. He took all the stress out of the whole process. Our family really appreciates amazing associates who are kind, helpful and able to answer all of our questions. Thanks Robert!

We have been using this location for years and there is one reason why we return....BISHOP! It is so nice to have a manager that is invested in his store, knows his products well enough to assist all types of customers from novice to tech savy, and never once has he treated us as though we were interrupting his day. If your looking for someone to train retail employees on how to interact with customers, Bishop is the man you need in that job! Thank you for the years of service!

Bought new Dell laptop and a few extra items. Matt & Robert were very helpful and knowledgeable employees. I would recommend this location for anyone who needs office product.

Store has a good selection of office supplies, printer ink cartridges, and even some drinks and snacks. Electronics feel a bit overpriced and lacking in selection to me though.

Fine as far as Home Depot stores go. Not the most knowledgeable staff heading up their respective departments. Prices are competitive.

When I went in I needed help to find the item that I needed after looking over at several of the employees behind a counter I had to walk up to the counter to get help but once I got help the lady was really nice

They have a copy and shipping center. Appears they also help you with the intricate details of your advertizement layout, design, fonts,... Everything! When i went in to make copies to a usb thumb drive, about 48 cents per page, i waited in line, while the 2 computers were occupied by employees helping 2 clients with their adverts. The wait and the line grew really long and i was told they could not help me until one of the two computers was free. Finally i left and went to the library where i was helped for free even though i am from out of town. Thank you Alvin Library!
