I have been looking for a place to sell my gold jewelry. I googled a place and since this one had good reviews I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked in I was helped. Nice gentleman looked at my jewelry and gave me a fair value. I was very content and will go again to sell any jewelry.

They gave me the best price by for for my 2 Canadian Maple Leaf 1 oz gold coins. I called 7 different places- Gold was going for $1,621 an ounce. One place offered $1,604, another place offered $1,610-- the rest were in the 1500s. Pasadena Gold & Jewelry bought my coins for $1,620. That is astounding! I agree with these other positive reviews. Bryan at Pasadena Gold and Jewelry is a straight shooter, so is his Dad. Gold is in for a market correction, so I am one happy camper.

Dont waste your time over paying for a diamond at the mall. Bryan was able to show me several diamonds in the price range and quality I was looking for. I wont share what I paid, but I will say it was over 50% less then I would have paid in the mall. Rest assure that there is no pressure when dealing with Bryan. Oh and my diamond came GIA paperwork...I didnt have to go to Jareds LOL

I was told not to take my new engagement ring anywhere in Pasadena to have it resized, but a search on Google turned up this little family-owned gem of a store... and they convinced me otherwise.I got a warm welcome when I walked in, and the jeweler agreed to resize my ring the same day. No hassle, no problem. (Minutes before, another jeweler next door condescendingly demanded $20 more for the same service, but with a wait time of several days. No thanks.)Got my ring back within three hours (though they were done before then), all perfect and sparkling, with just the right fit. Theyve earned the five-star ratings, folks.

I have had two experiences with this store, both of which were quite lovely. The first involved my mother getting her wedding rings resized. The rings have a relatively complicated pattern running all around the band. The lady who took the rings for us, who realized that my mother is blind, made sure the person who worked on the rings kept the pattern exactly the same so that Mom could still feel it since, as the jeweler put it, she knew that was important for people who cant see.The other experience involved my husband getting his ring resized a tiny bit. They actually did this for us for free, which is always something I rather enjoy. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Wow! Disheartening. Was highly recommended, maybe things have changed. Was offered 1.50 BELOW SPOT for PREMIUM BULLION coins. Tells me he is going to melt down a Perth Mint coin so its not worth that much, yes it was in the capsule. Perfect coin. Others also. After talking to staff on the phone before driving far about a foriegn low mintage coin...(yes Bryan 360,000) is low mintage and being told he may not be interested in buying foriegn, though staff did tell me prices for THAT coin 900.00+ for uncirculated and then a price for every grade below.....HE WASNT EVEN INTERESTED IN TAKING A PEEK AT THE COIN! This business is clearly more interested in the flower portion of thier business. So, go ahead leave a response, but consumers, know you can do better elsewhere. Fyi, this only the 2nd review i have EVER left online for anything. The shop was nice and clean and the flowers were beautiful.

My husband bought me a brand new pair of diamond earnings! His only mistake, he bought them off the Internet... I decided to have them looked at to see if we ended up on the loosing side of that purchase. The gentleman appraised them for 8 times higher than what we paid which was ridiculous as one of them had a big black spot in the middle of it. When I questiond him, he responded that all he could give me was a book quote for earrings of this price and size and could not comment further... That is completely ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.
