I went in to the location in Alvin with some questions. All i can say is AWESOME. Both the older gentlemen Floyd and the younger gentlemen Seth were over the top friendly and knowledgeable. . They went out of their way. Definitely would recommend. Ignore all negative reviews. This business is exceptional

Arrived at 5:00 pm as they were closing up. I told the gentleman I needed a capacitor for my compressor and our AC was out. He said they were closed and was not willing to help. Although it was on me for getting there as they were closing, I cannot recommend this company. It has been dangerously hot (96+ degrees) and this guy could care less.

The older gentleman was great he knew everything about my ac and answered all my questions i will be coming here again :)

Rude staff wanted to charge me $25 extra for wearing a mask during COVID. Place stinks like cigarettes need a mask just for that. They old guy cursed me out cause I wouldn’t take my mask off. Will never be back to this place. Terrible customer service. Don’t give them your money here.😠

Older gentleman at the counter is a rude mofo. Asked him how much for refrigerant and he gave me a price and then hung the phone up. Got to the store and I tried to pay with an American Express and he told me Hell no. Definitely will not be coming here again!!

The staff was really helpful when I bought a 3-ton condenser unit. The unit would not fit into the back of my suburban, without asking the staff stayed over while I went to get a trailer and they helped me with loading it up, it was 20 minutes after their closing hours. Thank you, our rent house is cooling again.

I needed a part for my home A/C unit I found it on the Internet at a low price, before adding shipping, Add in having to wait 2-3 days to be delivered.I got what I needed at a comparable price the same day,now my house is cool, family is happy.
