Can I rate 0? I closed on my home on December of 2021, my home was supposedly ready to move in on May. Kara didn’t walk the home before even giving us the keys. We have been contacting her about issues happening with the home and all we get is the repose I will call you back they will go, next week next week. In my believe she is just waiting for the warranty to be up. At this point I will do as much as I can do so people can know my experience, I have mold on a brand new home, I have electrical problems, finishes like the sides of the “wood” can be seen. It’s my first home and we got doopped, the sacrifices we have made.I will continue to make noise so this doesn’t happen to you I was told I could move in in May here it is the mold from august. I believe they want to wait as much as possible to avoid fixing everything they have to do. If anyone knows a good lawyer please comment.

I had a great experience at oak creek homes located off of Hwy 6. As soon as I stepped inside of the office I was greeted which felt welcoming. So I went to get information about the homes they had to offer and also get information about the whole process about buying a mobile home. I sat down and spoke with Gabby Francis which she was very informative and very nice. If you do go there I recommend going with her because the whole experience with her didn’t feel like as if I was at a dealership which I do not like, if you know what I mean. I recently made several visits to Oak Creek Mobile Homes in Alvin and was assisted by a young man named Clay Breen. Since I dont make hasty decisions when so much money is involved, I made several visits to look at different houses, think about them then go back and look again. At each visit I was greeted with a smile and kind words, I was never made to feel like I just needed to hurry up and make up my mind or that I was taking up too much of his time. Most young people loose patience with senior citizens and their slowness in making decisions, but not Clay. I strongly recommend him as your salesman if you are looking for a forever home. He will go above and beyond to accommodate you.

We were greeted at the front door by a very sweet young lady Gabby Francis a sales person at Oak Creek. We had a lot of questions since we are first time home buyers and this young lady answered all of them. She walked us through each home explaining the pros they all offer. The homes at Oak Creek were way beyond expectations. From a construction stand point they are very solid and have very open and welcoming floor plans. There are nice little touches throughout that really set them apart. Definitely 4 star worthy. The fifth star belongs to Clay at the Alvin sales office. He walked us through the models and didn’t mind us looking at them repeatedly. He had a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with.He had a good understanding of how the homes were made and the many options that Oak Creek offers. He had an answer for all of my many questions, even when I tried to trip him up. If you’re in the market for a well priced, well built home, Oak Creek is worth a look. Head to Alvin, ask for Clay.

Sales lady Gabby did an absolutely amazing job showing us around their selection of homes. She showed us all price ranges, also different sizes. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, went above and beyond to make us happy. I definitely recommend doing business through Oak Creek Alvin, and especially Gabby. Sadly we haven’t been able to do anything business through them due to the city restrictions for our current property. I hope to do business through them one day!

By far the best customer service I have ever had. I am what you consider an antisocial being and I had absolutely no problem making conversation with Ms. Gabby Francis. Bought an Oak Creek home through Palm Harbor. Worst Mistake Ever. Palm Harbor was horrible and shady. That said, every time we dealt with Oak Creek, they were extremely professional, courteous, and assistive. Although the previous company promised completion by September 2019, didnt arrive until COVID first started in our area. Even with all the craziness, Karen, Dean & Norm were Absolutely Awesome and helped us get everything as best we could get it for moving in! Highly Recommend :)

The selection was great, but I the model I wanted had to be ordered. The staff is very friendly and everyone was very helpful. Maria Polanco is one of the nicest, most genuine salespersons that Ive ever dealt with. Everyone did exactly what they said they would, and they all went above and beyond to help me find the right home. I got a great deal, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The home arrived promptly. There was some minor cosmetic damage from shipping as expected, but the crew they use fixed everything quickly and the right way without any issues. I dont have a single complaint. Ive been living in the home for a couple of weeks now, and I couldnt be happier with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and any of the staff to anyone interested in a quality home. They really deserve 10 stars.
