I rented a bouncy house for my son’s birthday. House of Bounce Alvin helped make his 5th birthday one he will remember!! The arrival was in PLENTY of time, the set up was quick! So quick I didn’t even notice they were there (but was expecting their arrival in the time frame given). The person(s) I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions. I absolutely will forever rent from this company. They were prompt and went above and beyond what we thought/expected. We had the time of our lives with renting from this company. We had family visit from PA and we only expected to have it Saturday and they dropped it Friday- did not pick it up till Monday and the kiddos had an absolute blast!

We rented an obstacle course for my son’s bday party and it exceeded our expectations. They came early enough to set everything up, they let us borrow tarps for the muddy ground, they took it down fast enough and left everything nice and clean. The obstacle course was a lot bigger that expected, clean and so much fun. I highly recommend house of bounce and will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys have really good inflatables at really good prices. My boys really enjoyed the soccer dart inflatable. So much so that my oldest son wants to rent again before he goes off to college.

This was ny second time renting from House of Bounce Alvin and both times were great experiences. The first time was very windy and they brought a second house (other than the one I ordered) that was safer in the wind and gave me the option to choose. We booked on line, but something happened and we were not able to put in credit card information to hold our reservation, but received a receipt that payment would be due upon delivery. I called the morning of our event, on Easter weekend, and they didnt have a confirmed reservation for us. However, they made it happen and showed up with a bounce house for my granddaughters birthday party. Going out of the way to make our event successful. My kids had such a fantastic time, they brought it earlier than expected so we made sure we got plenty of bounce time! Price is also great especially compared with other companies I looked into.

I asked for set up to be done around 11am. However they were there early, giving my kids extra time to play. When it was time for the item to be picked up they let me know they were on their way. Seamless process and worth the money.

I rented the bounce house with water slide. They arrived early to set up and were super friendly. Due to covid after they set up the bounce house they sprayed it with disinfectant and the kids were able to play on it a short 15mins after allowing it to dry. The bounce house was a perfect fit for our party and a fun relief for the kids during this pandemic. Will rent from House of Bounce again!
