Called to have a service person come look at our stove. Person who answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude. He actually hung up on us, we were on the phone less than a minute, barely got out that we need a stove repair. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your service needs!

I think these guys can fix it when no one else will. You can use the other guys, BUT they might or they might not fix it. It will probably cost you more, especially if is done by some brand name outfit.

In amarillo, these guys are one of the only ones that carry actual appliances in stock. Tuesday of our Oct snow storm my stove blew up. Wednesday when it was clear, I couldnt find a replacement stove for under 700 in stock anywhere except circle n appliance. Thank you guys for having a stock on affordable appliances.

I first contacted Circle N by phone and talked to a young man named Ben. Ben was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and professional in his discussion with me about refrigerators. I told Ben it would be at least an hour before I got there and he said he would tell the rest of the crew my name and what I was coming in to look for.When I got there I was actually greeted by Ben and he said he was turning me over to David. David Reinbold, Manager, then assisted me. David answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I selected a refrigerator. David truly acted as a resource and not a pushy salesman trying to show off the latest bells and whistles.I purchased a refrigerator there and it was delivered and installed the same day. (They had a change in their delivery schedule). I could not be more happy with my purchase and you can bet your life, I will be going back to Circle N for future appliance needs.Fast forward: I called Circle N to schedule service for a noisy fan on my refrigerator. The man I talked to, from his tone, sounded like he did not believe me and told me he had never heard of this complaint before. I have never owned a Maytag refrigerator until I purchased this one. With that said, I offered to go someplace else for service if he did not want to schedule service for me. He immediately said no, and that he would get on line to fill out the mountain of paper work to schedule me a service call......Cry me a river......Anyway I am scheduled with the joint next door to them that does service........and their phone demeanor is no better.

My family and I have done business with Circle N as far back as I can remember. Weve already gotten wonderful service and quality appliances that we could afford. Theyre more interested in getting you what you need, rather than selling you the latest and greatest bells & whistles whether you need them or not. We will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Circle N Appliance and Circle N Service are two separate businesses. Circle N Appliance has had a reputation for going above and beyond since 1959. In 1989 Circle N Service became its own business. Please keep this in mind when visiting each store. You wouldnt go to a Wendys website to complain about Burger King.

Dont waste your time going to this place. Very rude! Zero customer service. They dont care about you, so dont spend your hard-earned cash here. Maybe at some point they will either close their doors or learn to treat people A LOT better than they treat them now.

I purchased a washing machine at 3pm, and by 5 it was hooked up in my laundry room and running! It was a better price than I found online, and they hauled my old one away. The experience couldnt have been better or easier. Thanks!!

The worst customer service ever. Our washing machine needed a new pump so a tech was sent. He told us he was going to get the part so we waited for 4 hours for him to never come back. We called the office several times for the person answering the phone to be rude and chew us out. Just to say theyre lucky I didnt see them in person for being that way to my elderly mother. They really need to take a course in customer service. We will never call them again.

I went in there on Friday and bought a valve and a starter solenoid for my refrigerator and over the weekend was unable to get the fridge cold and gave up on it so first thing Monday I went to return the valve which was still in the box I had never even touched it and they refused to refund me simply because I did not have my receipt which had blown out my truck window while driving down the highway and it was the same lady and older man who helped me purchase the valve that refused to refund me my $90
