Didnt find what I was looking for, camouflage duct tape. But found some great toys for our grandson and wasnt even looking for him.

Good place to have around if youre the crafty type. Good selection of stuff. Not as large and overwhelming of a place as some of the competitors. Love Michaels!!!

Mainly went with my daughter but found yarn on sale so I was happy!

Cashiers are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Wish they could get more recognition for all their hard work with how the world is right now. Nice selection of crafts as well

I love Michaels, there is a wonderful manager there named Tiffany. She is helpful and welcoming. Its nice to have a place to go where people know your name and remember you.

I just discovered Michaels. Ive never been much of a crafty person but I do like houseplants. I learned from reviews that Michaels sells plant pots and all kinds of plant accessories. When I finally went to the store, all the plant accessories were half price! I had to keep myself from buying one (or more) of everything. They have different sizes of clay pots, from 1 inch to 6 inch. The macrame plant hangers come in 3 different sizes and the most expensive one was $7 (on sale ½ off). If youre into plants, Michaels is the place to go in Amarillo.

Can never find anyone to assist. Has turned more into a retail store,than a craft store. AsCashier was pleasant.

Bathrooms were NASTY. Selection was very small. This is why I go to Hobby Lobby!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love coming to this store to find items my child needs for school projects. This is also where we shop in the fall for all our high school homecoming needs. This place also has great home decor for the holidays.

I was willing to pay them up to two hundred dollars to find a way to put a nylon canvas print in the frame I provided. They flat out refused. I went home stuck it to a piece of cardboard that they provided and simply love it. Didnt want my business. Cashiers were very nice.

The cashier at the front end was friendly, but the manager she needed to come up to help her out as incredibly rude to me for no apparent reason. This was my first time coming back to Michaels since I moved back to Amarillo, but I think Ill keep my distance if thats how its become since I left. All management there used to be such sweet and helpful people, this one just seemed to hate her job and be very bothered by the fact that her assistance was needed.

This is my daughters absolute favorite store,for her paints and canvases.We love this store!

I love this Michael’s!!! So clean lots & lots of product. I found all I needed and then some. I was so excited about the 70% off frames I dragged my daughter in law back the next day!!! The workers are sooo nice. A lady was stranded in restroom and I let them know and boom they went right away to help her.

The store is hanging on. Covid regs were spotty in summer then better by February. Curbside service spotty but very cordial inside pickup.

I love this place. Its smaller than Hobby Lobby but they have the most Cricut stuff.

Love this store so much. I make jewelry, but love crafts and holiday stuff so I shop here often. Also, go here if you ever want some nice, yummy smelling candles! Theres are big and usually 3 for 10, but they smell amazing and burn for a long time

Ive been coming here for YEARS because of their great art supply. I just got into framing all of my artwork, prints, and photos. And the nicest young man worked in the framing department, was so very helpful, and helped me with discounts and creating a true vision of what the finished frame was going to look like. He was amazing and so friendly, but we went up there recently and found out from an employee that he had to quit? The lady said that he wasnt given a manager position and left, but thats crazy! My wife and I assumed he was already the manager because he did everything! Even worse, the woman at the framing desk took forever and didnt seem to know what she was doing. Our frame order was late, it looked poor quality, and we werent happy. Guess well take our business elsewhere because the framing department is a joke now. Michaels must not care for good employees.

There is nothing better than the smell of an arts and crafts store and Michaels does an excellent job of hitting that nostalgia right on the head. The store is clean and well organized, though mildly over-priced. The staff, though scarce and hard to find, are helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back for all my arts and crafts needs.

Absolutely love all there Halloween decor and ribbon.......almost sold my husband for extra money to spend 😂😂😂jk.

Going to Michaels is kinda like going to the casino... you have to set a limit on how much you want to spend, then you go over a bit, but its ok because its awesome stuff, at pretty affordable prices.The staff has always been courteous and helpful. They answer questions and will help you find what you need.

This store is always pretty much clean from top to bottom as well as special bargains and deals from top to bottom and in every corner of the store. I still had no idea that they sell a small toys including the creative ones such as Legos, plane models, car models, Etc. Overall the store Michaels is great and this particular one here on I-40 and Western is no exception good clean Store Friendly Associates and tons of money saving specials.

Michaels is a great art supply store and often carries the types of paint that I use to create my art. With there really only being a handful of places where I can buy these products, Michaels is the place that has served me best. The workers there are always nice and there is I need help in any way.

I am from South Texas (McAllen) and although we only have one Michaels store. I found that this store in this city lacks a lot to be what this chain of stores represents. I didnt find everything I was looking for, the shelves are ordered differently from other stores. I didnt find anyone to help me find double-sided tape, and some dishes for dinner. The offers they had, only for teachers. And the coupon that I brought in the App I could not use. The cashier was very friendly and polite, the place very clean. While in this city, I prefer to make my purchases online.

Its looking like going out of business in despite they open Sundays.

Store was clean and organized. When the lines were long they added another cashier- my only complaint is the lack of masks or even face sheld on the cashier.

I like going to Michaels, but every time I go in for glitter the shelves are always almost empty and glitter is hard to get. This makes it hard for my business.

Great store for all kinds of people. Florist, hobbyist, party planners and creative people overall. This was my first time in Michaels so it was confusing to find everything but I enjoyed walking down every single isle, and it was very clean and organized. Good location and staff was okay.

This place has a fun and easy going team. There are tons of sales everyday, creative and fun classes for kids and adults of ALL ages. The custom framing department is very professional and timely with orders. A GREAT place to continue your creativity or discover new creative outlets.

Great prices for the most part. Unfortunately, they didnt have much out for homecoming makings this year. Which put me in a petty big bind. Love their app! If I cant find it in store, I can usually find it online. (except for homecoming stuff)

I came in to pick up my online order, naturally since it was late I thought staff would be grumpy or short with me. Imagine my surprise when they not only were kind, warm and friendly with me but also excited to help and kudos to Marcus, he went above and beyond in an area he wasnt super familiar with but he found my order and had to crawl over some stuff (Im sorry about your arm, buddy!), got my order and even let me know they were hiring at that Michaels. Thank you for the wonderful visit after a long day of work and fighting a cold, that definitely made my night 😊It was less busy here at 8 pm than when I went in at 11 am a few weeks ago, but would definitely recommend to the crafts lover and seeker of the unique, definitely worth checking out and check online too, they have sales every so often, you wont be sorry! 😊
