Fortunately the previous owner of our home had an Allstate system installed. Amanda Perez in sales advised a few upgrades thats been a wise choice for us. Their support team such as Tyler is more than happy to help. Randall stays involved closely with the business and has helped with automating our home as if he was a caring employee not the typical owner! Everyone there has been a pleasure to deal with so my apologies to those I cant recall names of. I would highly advise a call to Amanda for any security system needs. We switched to Allstate at work thanks to Danny and have had the same experience there.

Mary in the alarm response center helped me find information on the services Allstate security provides. She explained how they were local and had alarm systems, video monitoring services, and even a patrol officer that could check on my home when Im out of town. She was very friendly and gave me great information to help me decide on whether security systems were something I needed for my family. She even provided me with a salespersons phone number so I can give her a call when Im ready to move forward. Great Customer Service!!!

My moms alarm system stopped working, she had it installed about 7 or 8 years ago. The technician that came out Rigo Bujanda noticed what what a terrible job they did installing the equipment back then. It wasnt long and the owner came out. Wow we were impressed. They had everything fixed and looking professional in no time. I would refer Allstate to anyone . Awesome company and awesome people.

A guy in van 12 drove in the fast lane from canyon to Amarillo, slow. Blocked traffic. Then when someone part him he speed up next to a semi truck... Then blocked traffic till canyon... Hope the rest arent as hateful as this guy

Overall, the experience was a good one. I enjoyed seeing the pictures of the staff Ive been in contact with. They are a great group and my business is very pleased with their professionalism. Though I didnt see it, Im hoping theres a spot on there where you can download forms you need if you need to make a change. If its not there, thats the only thing I would add.

Local is important to me when I shop for services so I was automatically drawn to Allstate Security Industries. The friendly staff walked me through the process and was incredibly professional. Wonderland Amusement Park has been a client of All State Security for over 40 years. The security alarm and patrol services have been quick and responsive. A real plus is the installation of new equipment and regular maintenance that to keep our security up to date.

I have worked with Danny Bixler and crew since we moved to our current location in 2000. Danny or someone at Allstate Security has always been able to help with planned projects and the little to big problems. They respond to phone calls or emails in a satisfactory time and are honest and fair with the work they do for us. I like having a local company that I can walk in the front door and shake hands with the people who take care of our security needs.

RARE!!! 99.9% of alarm companies DON’T have a central station let alone a UL Listed one. The vast majority of security/alarm companies use someone else to monitor their alarm accounts. NOT Allstate they installmonitor and service everyone of their accounts. Such a rare company that they won the top award in the security industry; SDM Dealer of the year 2018! I have been a customer of Allstate for several years, they have always giving me excellent service. Whenever I accidently set off the alarm they call me everytime within a minute to check up on me. The other alarm company called me once in three years.

This company is a conplete joke. They have called me 15 times in less than 24 hours. They are harassing me. I have asked them to stop calling and they wont. I ask to speak to a manager and they hang up on me. I am about to call the authorities and report them!!

This company is a pain in the rear end. They keep on calling and bugging me. They do not take me off their calling list. But blame other companies they use to do the calling for them.Wish the FCC would take legal action against them. they are some how able to get by the no call list.

Less than one. Negative stars, if possible. They call me incessantly - I have screen shots of my recent calls list filled with more than 8 missed calls from their call centers PER DAY!!! I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their call lists. Ive repeatedly told them that I do not own a home, nor am I interested in their product! This has been going on for months now and Im sick of it.They: 1) hang up on me, 2) say theyll take me off the list and dont and I receive multiple more calls from them that very same day 3) say they will and call me from another numberIM ABSOLUTELY SICK OF THIS. FIX THIS NOW!

All State Secrity has done a fabulous job in our house. We had another Agency prior to them who totaly failed in their job. All state gives a super iron security with an ever supporting staff members ready to help youand security armed guards 24/7.We will not change them even if some other company gave it to us for free.Excellent people with great security monitering and very reasonable pricing.

I do not own a home. They call me relentlessly, several times a day and hang up in my ear when I tell them I dont own a home and to please take me off the list. Probably a scam, as they harass people on do not call lists.
