Very professional people, we didn’t have to pay our deductible which was great and it improved the value of our vehicles! Mark got us in one of their loaner vehicles which was super nice and he was accurate with the time frame for the vehicles to get repaired and returned! Thank you so much!!

Ivan and his team are honest, trustworthy, responsive, professional, and down to earth! After removing over 27 points of impact, my car is looking like new again! The guys at Advantage we’re more than amazing! Not only did they fix my hail damage, they even replaced my windshield, fixed my door dings, and detailed my car before giving it back to me! The guys at the shop were so kind! Y’all, they even fought with my insurance company for me!!! I mean, when an adjuster from my insurance company came snooping around with a bad attitude they fought for my insurance company to cover the repairs that I needed! AND even offered me a loaner car to get back and forth to work for the short time mine was in the shop! Needless to say, I’m keeping Advantage and kicking my insurance company to the curb! They always had my best interest at heart! They even had my car done in 3 days! 10/10 would recommend! I’m telling you, you won’t be sorry!!!

Not wanting to pay the deductible bit me. So here comes the salesman, tells me how he can do this blah, blah, blah takes my wife’s 2020 Jetta (hood, trunk, Rh door, roof all hail damaged) brings it back 3-1/2 weeks later. Dents all gone but trim put back crooked, unpainted areas on trunk. Pointed these out so he takes car back and two days later all fixed. So, yes they did fix the issues. Next I let them take my car, (hood, roof, windshield hail damage). Brings it back. Trim around windshield loose and flopping, wipers don’t work correctly, Sun visor not reattached correctly (they had broken it during “detailing”) I popped the visor in and fixed driver side trim myself only to have the passenger side fly off. So I texted salesman and told him issues, says “he’ll get it taken care of after Thanksgiving”Well, it’s after Thanksgiving and no word. And I’ll be the first to admit it’s on me trusting these guys and not wanting to pay that deductible but geez. Whomever their mechanical and quality assurance guy is has to be the most incompetent guys in the history of car repair. Do not trust these guys for anything past hail repair. They did do a great job on that but anything else they’re going to disappoint.
