My family and I thought we were buying a great used car. The car should’ve NOT of been on the lot in the first place. There were numerous amounts of poorly inspected parts of the car. They seemed easy enough to do before they put it for sale. Communication was awful within the three months of getting it fixed. Bought the car in January, wasted 70 days for the 90 day warranty for them to do lots of work. They were unwilling to compromise for a longer warranty considering having to pay for the shock repair. This is an unheard of dealership- they should be ashamed of what they have done with me. I’m happy I have it now, everything is alright considering it’s a 2011. I’m thankful they gave me a loaner car for the time being. Car salesmen was a joke for selling the car to me and my family. I hope no one gets tricked into buying a used car from Auto Nation.

Warning, this service dept. is corrupt. They will take your hard earned money from you and laugh in your face. Literally Service Manager tells me good luck when I told him I was going over his head to someone else. Thiefs, they stole our money and there is nothing we can do about it. Just warning the next person.

Horrible service. had my truck for 6 weeks. spent 3 days finally trying to diagnose it and gave up. highly unprofessional and unqualified. Went to Greg Lair and truck was fixed in 72 hrs.

I have never had a good experience. Only place to get recalls repaired and then make us wait all day. The recall was finished at noon. We had a check engine light so we had them run diagnostic well that just took all day and did not a loner or call to tell us the truck was or was not ready.. we had to call 6 times today to find out anything. Then 5:30 6 ish rolls around and try to call to get a status nothing no answer then we get here they r locking the doors they were never going to call us good thing we ran up here or we would not have a vehicle and we need that truck we depend on it. Also the quote for the repair well we were charged but it has not been completed yet.. they did not finish the 2 things we asked of them and when we asked about a loner vehicle till they r finished they said they dont have any. We were told this morning at 9 it would be done today at 3 when we finally got hold of someone they said it would be done today when we went to pick it up well it was not done. The tech that helped my husband was rude and was griping at him that how can they finish working on it if they have not been approved to work on it.. well we have to have a quote first before u can work on it after that he changed his attitude but there was no reason in the first place. This place was probly fixes to get a good 2,000 dollar out of us because we need these repairs done but it will not be happening and I will be contacting someone on our recall options because they did not even fully complete the airbag system repair. Its sad that our only option is a place that treats our vehicles like they dont mean something to the people that own them.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30am and when I called at 3 pm to see if it was done they said they wouldn’t be able to get to it until tomorrow, so I told them I’ll just go pick it up. When we arrived they said that they were working on it. Seems like they have no communication going on. And than wait for about an hour just for them to bring it around for me to take it and it was supposed to be done already so I dont know what took so long ?

Its been about 40 years since we bought our first vehicle there. First time Ive actually used the Chevy App to make an appointment. Always happy with the service department. Appreciate their courteous staff, pleasure to work with.

They took great care of me and my vehicle. Go before 3pm if you need a shuttle ride.

Worst service center cant even get them to answer my call an let me know if they have worked on my car.

Fixed my tires even though walmart said it was stripped out lugs thanks god I took here saved me hundreds!! James and serena are the best up there.

I waited for over a month for a loaner. They never called back like they said they would. Even after I would call multiple times.Once they have your vehicle they do good work but its hard to get it in there.

AutoNation at East Plains! Everybody knows us and treat everyone and with respect! Very courteous! We have issues with West AutoNation on Coulter and we give them 3 Stars Rating. Maybe they changed Management!

Horrible customer service Ill never be back felt like I was a bother coming in at 4:45 when they close at 6 thats all I heard between the staff.. I just need a oil change!!

Took my Chevy Malibu there that I bought at Gene Messer Ford because Fords customer service would not fix what was wrong with the car when I bought it. Chevys people at least tried to help and even suggested taking my car to another place across the highway that would fix the problem for a cheaper price.
