Had a problem with my fog lights on my Jeep. They found the problem explained it to me and had the fix. They were very courteous and professional.

I have used FX a few times in the past. They do exceptional work and stand behind their service. I recently had a Blue Ox tow plate and tow bars put on my Jeep so I could flat tow it behind my motorhome. I didn’t attempt to tow it until a month later. The turn signals and brake lights didn’t work. I took the motorhome in with the jeep. They determined the problem was with the motorhome, not their work. They still helped me correct the issue. You may find products slightly cheaper online, but you will not get the customer service you get with FX. I highly recommend them.

The Manager was very helpful had his guys go through my truck cuz i was having trouble with one of my wheels pointed out a few things i needed fixed. Very pleased and definitely will continue doing business with them in the future.

I first visited F/X Motor Sports in 2008, to have a Snug Top bed cover on my new 08 Ram pickup. Exceptional service.... and my most recent visit was to have bed cover locks replaced. My purchase record was still on file and the service was as prompt and courteous as my first visit.

Haven t got the finished product yet. But the sales team and service so far was unbeatable.

This morning I mated the RV to the new 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500HD. The 5th wheel Companion hitch worked great. The Airlift/Firestone air bags inflated to 60 PSI. Everything fit perfectly. The roller cover of the pickup bed is working great as well. Thank you ... Im very satisfied.

First time coming here a week ago to have a B&W goose neck hitch put in my 2017 F-250. They were competative on the price. Upon waiting for the trick to be done I found some additional items I wanted installed. They worked with me on military discount as well as a ride to the college I goto as well while they worked on my truck. 100% true customer service. That is what u look at in a business even if I have to pay a little more than the competator. All around great customer service and their shop is clean compared to tmotheres with grease and debris everywhere.

If I could put -5 stars I would. Went to get exahaust fixed and they never fixed it and didnt tie the bolts all the way. Also gapped spark plugs wrong.NEVER EVER AGAIN GOING THERE

We had firestone air bags put on my dodge pickup and went back with them ripping off causing damage to the truck. When they didnt know the correct fix they welded the airbag frame to the frame of my truck. Now I have a broke frame. Never going back.
