Really nice & helpful.

The quality of work was A1. Tint looks good and has never faded or cracked but I wish they would have asked me to put their branding on my vehicle they did not pay for. I cant remove it because they placed it under the tint. I absolutely hate any branding other than factory so watch out for that just free advertising.

Very unhappy about my experience with installation. I reached out to the owner before commenting here and was told I could purchase more equipment and pay for another service installation and then my stereo would sound good. Thank you, no thank you. I won’t spend another penny with this business. I am a champion for small business and I am disappointed to see this one fall flat.

Went in for a window tint. Wanted to buy a new sub/box, and an amp. While waiting for the tint to be done. I asked 5 different questions at seperate times about products. I only received short answers. It was like I was bothering the guy. Willing to spend 1000 bucks and couldnt get real help. Sad. I guess they just wanted the 100 bucks for the tint and nothing else. 2 star instead of 1 is only for the tint. Nice job on that. About it. Will not return.

Tyson does a very great job and takes pride in all of his work on the vehicles he has done for me. He takes care of them as if they are his own and is very very knowledgable in all the questions and issues I had from window tinting to installing my head units and other systems I have had issues getting dialed in. Will continue to use them and utilize their expertise. Excellent customer service, knowledge and expertise if I could give them 10 stars I would but Google only allows five! Great job guys keep up the excellent work and service you all provide thank you again!!!

I did originally have some issues with the tint job, but Tunes and Tint went above and beyond to have a satisfied customer. I am happy with both the outcome and the customer service here. Thank you for your patience and understanding with my concerns.

They tinted my windows really good and for a good price too

Go in this past Saturday to see about getting a radar detector installed vs having the cord dangling from the window. Starts out badly when the guy tells me the detector isn’t “available cause it’s been discontinued” which was either a lie on his part or straight up ignorance of the product. Try and upsell me if you don’t have my model in stock. Extol it’s virtues as a superior product or something....50$ says I know more about the product than he did and y’all are supposed to be an “Authorized Escort Dealer”. Not even going to go into the other items of the visit as that in itself was enough.Act like you care somewhat about the customer. I’m sick and tired of some of these local business acting like they’re doing you a favor. It’s the other way around people. I’m doing you a favor by visiting your business with my money. Don’t want it? I’ll go elsewhere.

Professional tinting installation on a semi truck with this visit. They knew the law. Did a great job with the clear UV tinting that we requested. It made a marked difference in the heat coming through the windshield.

I went to Tunes & Tint to have my amplifier and subwoofer installed in my 2017 Hyundai. The workers there were courteous, friendly, engaged, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Not only were they able to hook in my amplifier and subwoofer to my factory radio, but they took the time to let me choose which wiring I wanted to ensure the best sound quality. I work in a highly technical field and have some understanding of engineering, but I didnt know much about the wiring for these systems. The sales people were more than happy to walk me through the upgraded wiring until I understood and I was comfortable with my decision. They did quality work for a decent price and I look forward to continued business with them for my audio and tint needs =] !

4 Days and 1000 dollars later, I have what I could have done in 5 hours. I didnt want to do the install myself this time. I gave them the prior system that was in the car I sold. I upgraded it the other day. I found all factory wiring in place, charged for new and installation of all new wiring. i have done business with them for over 15 years. They will never get another penny of mine.

Has little knowledge of the Texas tint laws. I requested the rear side windows on my 4 door car to be tinted darker that the front (black car that gets very hot). I was told that Texas has a new law that states all the side windows have to be the same level now. Ok, tint looks great. Found out from DPS buddy that this is not true. When I asked them why I was told this she said theres 2 agencies that they must comply with and they were only protecting me. Wrong. TX DPS is the only agency that regulates Texas, the same state I reside and work. She then called back with the state regulation, which she misquoted or misrepresented. I corrected her, again, showing her that side rear windows are exempt from regulation in the state of Texas. She then blamed the tint supplier. Wrong again. Llumar said she is full of it -- they dont tell their dealers which laws they must follow. He did tell me any dealer can warranty the tint for me since this dealer obviously would find someone else to blame for their mistakes. She finally told me I wont tint the rear side windows on your car darker. The truth... I can handle the truth, I only wish they would have started with that approach.

Did a great job on the tint for our 2017 Acura MDX. Job was neat and clean with no bubbles or cloudiness. This is the 4th vehicle they have tinted for us over the last 8 yrs.

I am the LLumar sales rep for the north and west Texas region. I have been dealing with Tunes & Tint for over 15 years. I have always gotten good reports from their customers on their installs and customer service. I know there has been some confusion with the Texas state law for legal tinting. It has been a 25% visible light transmission net law on the sides of cars for years. LLumar works hand in hand with the Internatonal Widow Film Association to make sure states have fair and workable tint laws. Tunes and Tint and many tint shops take a conservative approach to the interpretation of the state law. Recently there is and amendment that reads windows back of the front roll ups are now exempt.
