Good customer service. I didnt specify if I wanted the white letter in or out on my new tires. After they mounted the tires I decided I liked it the other way. I called they said it would be an additional fee and I would have to set up another time. I came back they switched the tires around and waived the fee because it was a misunderstanding.

I can see why theyre are rated so highly, service was quick, great price and never felt like I was being ripped off

Max and his guys are pretty much the only ones that I trust to work on my Jeep. Hes honest and more reasonable than other shops. He doesnt beat around the bush or sugarcoat anything. He is straight forward and gets to the point of the matter.

Kenny who works there gave me the BEST SERVICE EVER Ive been to the best of the so called best autobody shops and NEVER had such good help and service like I have at kroozers and Kenny who works there is a BIG reason for that! Keep up the great work guys!

This place is the best. Got my truck alignment done. I replaced everything for the steering except the pitman arm, the alignment was way out, and it still only took them less than an hour to do it. Very good service, and friendly staff as well.

I went because they have a reputation for being honest and getting it done right. Had the car aligned. They set an appointment time and did the work while I waited. I was in and out in less than an hour. And the cost was reasonable.

They are the best. We have been using them for many years and have always received quality work at a fair price.

Great service all around. We use them for maintenance on our vehicles - spark plugs, fluid changes, a/c repair, tires, etc. The quality of service has always been stellar. Every time Ive seen the shop, it has always been clean and organized - and thats the same care they give your vehicle.Max has also worked on my 78 corvette as well updating the a/c and tuning the carburetor, etc. I would trust him with any vehicle of mine. On larger jobs, he has been great at communicating what needs to be done and pricing before the work was completed.This is the mechanic shop that youve been looking for.

Prompt and reasonable. They always call and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle and report any issues. Everytime I have called them for an appointment they are able to get my car in the next morning.

I wish I could leave a worse review. This place took 30 minutes to even talk to me and when they did talk to me I got cussed out. This place has been the worst experience I have ever had with a automotive shop. They didn’t even do the service I needed they just told me to leave. Worst way to run a business.
