I loved working with the staff picking out all of the appliances and lighting for my house. They work hard to find exactly what you have envisioned. I highly recommend buying all of your housing needs here. They are wonderful!

Carmen is the best! She was so helpful and sweet! She helped me pick out a kitchen faucet, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Everything was quick and easy from choosing which one I wanted to having it delivered to my house! Thanks for the great experience! I will definitely use them again for other stuff!Also the front desk lady was very sweet and helpful as well!

Jason Helton was very helpful. We were in a hurry and he helped us with what we needed in a timely manner. Very friendly person with a smile, didnt act like we were an inconvenience. Will go back.

Someone suggested I try Fergusons to get a nice tub. I had always felt that Fergusons was out of my budget, but I found an extremely nice tub for a reasonable price and it was in stock. I ordered it from their rep Kermit, it would be here on Friday..... and the drain kit...luckily there was one at my local Fergusons.I went to the local Fergusons to get the drain kit for the contractor and they couldnt find it. They said sorry, we will order you one. It will be here on Monday.Called Friday to get the tub. It didnt come in. Could be in SaturdayMonday rolls around, the tub and drain kit are there...although the guy cant find them in the system, they are right in front of him. Opened it...wrong tub.The same morning (Monday) that I got the wrong tub, their customer relations rep, Alexis, apologized and said the right tub would be ready for me on Tuesday evening at my local Fergusons. Tuesday, I was told the truck would be in on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told that the truck driver was hot and cold on being there in the morning and probably he would pull up around 2. No call from Fergusons that the truck was there. At 330, I called and Ashley stated she really didnt know about the tub, but it would would probably be delivered on Friday. I hung up and called the local office and was told by Chris that the truck wasnt going to make it in today (Wednesday)...but it would be here tomorrow. When tomorrow? They dont tell me that.So now, I have no expectations other than for whomever I talk to at Fergusons to cover the previous mis-statement with a unreliable response.Everyone is willing to say sorry. But really it is just pathetic customer service with a smoke screen from the phone folks... from what I thought was a top notch distributor. Stick with Lowes and Home Depot. You expect to be disappointed there.I just want to be fair...everyone at Fergusons is extremely nice. I love the tub. But do not set a calendar with your contractor by their given word.
