They have a variety of different types and brands of mattresses to choose from. Depending on your needs, my first time purchasing from an actual store I was very pleased with the quality of customer service made my purchase easy. I like the fact that you get a trail to test the mattress and if you’re not satisfied you’re able to return it and choose a different type of mattress.

Salesman was… helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. There was low to no pressure. This was my second experience at Mattress Firm. I bought from them 7-8 years ago in Tucson. And now In Amarillo. They have a superior selection of all the high quality big names under one roof. I was glad they have added the Purple mattress to their offerings.

The salesperson Carmen, was awesome. We were looking for a particular type of mattress for my 70+mother. She was quick to find several options in our price range AND they were already IN STOCK! I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a mattress!

Ashley Villegas was patient, persistent and knows her inventory. I had a specific amount i wanted to spend and specific criteria for the mattress. It took a lot of calls and work on Ashleys part to make those two match but she did it. Joe and Desmund delivered. my wife and daughter were impressed. They waited for a gate to be opened, they wore masks and gloves. the boxes were in good shape and they placed them in the garage exactly where we wanted them. I highly recommend this operation. Far more attention than two other companies I tried first that seemed unable to match quality and price and really didnt seem to care. this place is really good.

Mattress Firm was so easy breezy. Having a 1/2 price sale now thru Thanksgiving.Well, I walked out with a quality memory foam mattress made by Sleepys. No coils! Matress Firm bought out Sleepys. 1/2 price sale, so I saved 600. dollars. Slept on it last night. By the way, once you lay on it for 1 min+, you dont want to get up! First time in 8 months I slept thru the night and did not get up to use the bathroom. Wow!!! Awesome sleep, I barely moved. No smell at all to this mattress.
