Picked up my boots on May 31, 2018 while on a trip with my son, who suggested that I wait to purchase until our visit to Amarillo. I am so happy I listened to him. I put the boots on in the store and didnt take them off until returning to TN. I wear them every day and like them better each day. So if you are looking for a pair of top quality cowboy boots buy from Beck, they hand make every pair. If you are in Amarillo the shop will show you the manufacturing process while employees actually make the boots. I have only had their boots for a month. But, so far they fit and wear admirably. I was walking a lot when I first put them on so I was going to wear them until they got uncomfortable, then change boots. They fit differently when I put them on, but I wore them all day without a blister or hotspot. So I tried them all day, every day for the next week. They actually grew even more comfortable. I have very hard to fit feet. They worked with me, answering questions and making suggestions, until I was satisfied. Great product!

Great experience overall. Loved the attention to detail and level of customer service we received in getting our custom boots made. Felt that no little aspect was going to be overlooked. About 3 months wait time, with updates along the way once they start work on the boots. After having visited 3 other boot makers, very glad we ended up buying from here. It was by far the best experience. They really know there stuff and it shows in their quality of workmanship.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Recieved my boots and they didnt fit. Contacted jeremy and he said to send back. Boots were sent back along with a professional foot mold that I had made . Boots were sent to me again with NOTHING done. Sent back boots again with nothing done again. My additional costs were approx 100 dollars to shipping and foot mold done. Jeremy said nothing else would be done. THANKS ALOT. Now I have a 500 dollar pair of boots that are 3/4 of an inch too short. BUYER BEWARE. Beck boots dont stand behind their product. Their guarentee means nothing . All I wanted was what I paid for. Nothing more or nothing less. Asked jeremy why he didnt remake boots the first time I sent them back. No reply.

Just received my second pair! Awesome! I knew I could wear them all day straight out of the box, but did have some doubts about comfort. From now on Ill say fits like a beck boot rather than fits like a glove! Love my beck boots!!!

I ordered by Beck boots and received them in July. I was pleased with them until early December when the stitches in the welt tore. I took them in and they completely repaired the boots from the welt to the heel at no cost to me. Super pleased with Beck Boots!
