We love The Water Still! Instead of getting a coke at a gas station, we like to get an iced tea here before hitting the road. They have a variety of sweet and unsweet teas. Mrs. Flip Out is a little more adventurous than I am in trying different ones and she always likes whatever flavor she chooses. They’re known for their filtered water service and you can get anything and everything you would need for your home or business.

Waited at the last minute to get a refill and the store was super busy due to people getting ready for the next few days of bad weather. The guy at the window was super friendly as well as the 2 gentleman loading up the cars. I am very happy I am only a few blocks away from this store!

The best Tea in town, a little pricey!

Recently moved here and finally made time to get to Water Still after two months of trying to choke down Amarillo water. Glad I did and am happy to have decent (non) tasting water again. I wish they would have taken time to answer questions and explain how things work there but we figured it out and will be regular customers.

Love all their sweet teas. And the lemonade too. The gallons of water are priced just right. They carry everything out to your car and load it where you ask them too. You get about 50 plastic cups for free with 4 gallon purchase so we always have some water still cups handy. Staff is very friendly!

They have a large variety of flavored tea to choose from, and you can sample before you buy. My favorite is their lemonade because its got just the right amount of sourness and isnt overly sweet. The only things I wish they would do is have a happy hour like most places that serve drinks, and maybe add a fresh fruit option.

I love it here! The Sweet Strawberry Tea cant be beat. We also bought tea by the gallon about a year ago for refreshments at my wedding, and they took the order before hand, had it ready when we needed to pick it up, and were so sweet and helpful. I bring my kiddo here when we want a little pick me up on a warm day.

You can get great water and ice, but I Love the tea! I think it is the best in town. Large selection of flavors of sweet and unsweetened tea. They also have decaf tea. They have snacks and yeti coolers too. Stop in and try a tea!

You cant beat their tea, water, or their customer service! They have a large variety of flavored teas sweet and regular. Their cubed ice is good quality and doesnt take much to break up. They also have nugget ice if thats your style. Whether you go inside to order or through the drive thru...someone always brings out your order for you. The people who work there are young and always friendly. I am happy to live right down the street from one of their locations and couldnt be more excited that another store will be popping up soon!!

Yummy best tea & water in town. Super friendly service. I drive all the way across town to get water which is about 11 miles through heavy traffic & construction from my house . Very clean as well. Good news, theyre building a new one much closer to the east side on Georgia near Market Street.

Great Tea, Water and snacks! The service is above and beyondBeen getting tea here since 2005 and I am hooked. Its delicious and refreshing. Inspiring to say the least. And they have a drive thru now so its even better than ever before. If youre in Amarillo for the first time or just passing through. I would highly recommend this place as there is a huge iced tea culture in Amarillo and this is the best of the best.

This has super water. It has also various teas. You can get half and gallons customized to go. It has snacks also. They carry Yeti products. They sell water in bottles, gallons, and five gallon refillable jugs. They will help you carry water to your car. Some locations have drive through.

I went to Water Still for the first time today & loved it! Im visiting from Southern California & Im so bummed that we dont have Water Still! Im pretty picky about my iced tea, but I loved every single one at Water Still since all of their teas are real brewed iced tea. I will be sure to come back the next time Im in Amarillo. In the meantime Ill just beg them to come to Southern California!

I bought 2 gallons of water and a gallon of sweet tea and I’m not impressed. $5.19 for the tea and it’s not that great. Tastes bitter like it was steeped too long and then watered down. I haven’t tried the water but it’s going to have to be something spectacular to make me come back.

This is the place I always go to refill my water dispenser bottles. Fast and friendly, they hand deliver your water to your vehicle and it even has a drive through for their fountain drinks of which they specialize in a large selection of teas. They offer a line of healthy snacks aka energy bars, etc. Yeti brand products and accessories and a variety of water dispensers.

Need great water, ice or tea? This place hits the spot. Dont go to the competition. We tried it. A new definition for ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER service and blah water at Texas Tea. We buy our drinking water, ice and lemonade here. Plus fill up the RV water tank. Reliable products, great customer service and they carry out the full bottles with a smile. Winner!

We are from Colorado and just stumbled on this place. The tea is SO delicious! We just spent a few days in Midland and sure wish you had a store there as the water was pretty gross. We will definitely be back io our next trip to Amarillo!

My favorite place for tea in town. They manage to make green tea without burning it. Something Texas Tea has forgotten how to do.

Went to drive thru as a very regular customer. While in line I received a very urgent phone call. I moved up as I was asked so they could service a customer behind me (it was not busy at all, one truck behind me. The lot was empty). A young man came out dressed in regular street clothes, an angry look and very unprofessional additude and in a rude demanding tone stated I need you to parallel park over there and pointed and walked back in while I was trying to gather information on my urgent call. He was not professional at all. He never said excuse me, please, or thank you, just demanding, and it was not busy. By the time I pulled to the opposite curve a young worker came out and gave me my order. I am going to take a guess this was a very young manager or family owner but he has no regard for others and was very cocky. I hope they don’t treat employees badly. They are over priced but I always overlooked that but I do notice there is less customer service lately.... going back to TEXAS TEA with my family, private business and clients that we treat. Hopefully someone teaches this young man proper business etiquette if he is managing before he ruins the family business. It’s just tea and you are not the sole source for it. Customer service matters!!!
