They knew I had 3 young children and was looking for something to accommodate my whole family and needed something mechanically sound. Shortly after getting a 2000 Grey Chevy Suburban I had to replace the entire rear passenger brake pads, calliber, emergency brake and rotor. They were all disintegrated. Then the catalytic converter and Nox sensor went out. There were other small repairs too. I had enough. They have the SUV back and are trying to sell it again. Be careful because they lie about the safety of the vehicles just to make a sale. None of them have been checked by a licensed mechanic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...Yancey stole my 3/4 ton jack and all the tools in the car.He said he would repair the vehicle and I could pay him for the repairs and continue paying on the car. BUT...Never got the car back or my jack or my tools....THATS RIGHT THEY LIED AND STOLE MY TOOLS.!!!

Aweful after a month i have been trying to get ahold of them to pay my final payment and get my title and ahe forwards our calls wont answer and when she does ahe says she isnt in the office i have never missed a payment and ahe says i still owe mpre than 44 dollars... I was going to pay off this car and get a new vehicle but after the service i dont want to anymore probably will never do service here again

We have bought four or five vehicles at Vallley Motors. The owners work with you if you are honest and try to resolve any problems. Just went and picked up my new SUV!
