Everyone was very helpful, very professional, and did an excellent job of answering my questions. Particularly liked that they asked me if I had any coupons which I had forgotten about so I saved 10% off of the bill. Wish I could take the dealership with me as I moving out of state and it is a little far to come have a vehicle serviced. Great folks to work with always had a very positive experience.

We were 100 miles east towing campers. (Lafayette, La to Yellowstone) 2011 Duramax with 103 miles before limp mode. Couldnt get any dealers or shops to help. Our entire vacation with campground reservations made and paid for was in jeopardy. (Group of 3 campers) Contacted Anne Smith at West location who saved us. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She told us to bring it in and shed work on it in the AM. (It was 5 Pm). It was fixed by noon and on our way. Great service and most modern service dept. Even let.us talk to the mechanic who explained it only needed a reset on the DEF sensor. Thank you so much Anne for truly caring and saving three couples vacation.

My repairs took all day and I had an appointment. The service writers seemed to be unorganized. I called twice and was put on hold on of the times was for 21 minutes. I finally just showed up at the dealership. My dash had grease on it after I picked it up. I was disappointed in my experience. Usually this dealership is really good. Maybe they were having a bad day not sure.

Poor communication from service department. Mechanic failed to fix problem first time, plus did not call to ask about secondary problem for factory warranty work.Car STILL needs repair and dealership never seems to have loaner car(as promised in warranty) available.A new edit: And a new rating.Here we are a MONTH later. Actually 3 months since the service. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact the General Manager as I was asked to, to no avail. I have contacted the customer service department on more than one occasion, even trying their Online Chat option. No one, and I do mean, NO ONE responded back, even though I was repeatedly assured someone would be calling me regarding my issues/problems. I called 6 times 3 Fridays ago, in the middle of the day and into the afternoon, and there was no answer at the dealership, not even an answering service.This vehicle is a 2020 Impala LT. It needs MULTIPLE things done, and repairs that SHOULD be covered by the General Motors factory warranty. When it was in to be repaired the FIRST time, as mentioned above, my noted concerns were ignored. The leaking battery was replaced and I paid $87 for an oil change. Then I was made to sign a paper that said I REFUSED SERVICE that the mechanic recommended! I was not OFFERED services beyond warranty work and the oil change. A phone call could have resolved any problem. No call was made. The problems that I noted and brought up initially are worse now. I would love to resolve this, but have little faith that my car will be repaired accurately, much less without it costing ME out of pocket!!Shop visit Sept 20, 2021Ruth Anne is FANTASTIC. She worked very hard to make THIS experience better than the last. However, upon the return of my vehicle, the wrong oil was put in. Considering the fact that I JUST had a full synthetic oil change done less than 3k miles ago, in this same shop, I fail to understand WHY you would put a BLEND in it this time! My lug nuts were damaged during a tire rotation,, all four tires, and had to be replaced, and since part of the service that was conducted was replacing my wiper blades, I paid an extra $20 to have it done..even though they seemed to be working fine. Now, my drivers side blade is not working properly, leaves a huge streak in my line of vision, and when checking it, to see if maybe a bug was impairing it, it appears to be old rubber..leaving a nasty residue on the paper towel. None of these things are a direct result of customer service, which has done their best!

Looked at a 2015 Rougue Saturday 10/9 and completed the paperwork to purchase it. It hadn’t been looked at by their mechanic and they said it would take a day to look it over so came the next day to complete everything. Got here at 10am and was told to come back around 1:15p after the mechanic finished looking at it then as the salesman walking back I was told that someone was trying to get it. He went to get the keys and came back to say the people paid cash earlier so they sold it. If I wouldn’t have been told to come back they wouldn’t have sold it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will never do business with them and I will make sure to let everyone know how they handle themselves.

Good service at a reasonable price. However, once I learned that I needed a new tire and agreed to have it done there, I waited for 2 hours with no contact from staff. I finally asked a staff person coming in with someone else to check for me, and in 10 minutes I was checking out. Poor service and poor for public relations!!

Although I had to wait 6 months for my Chevy Colorado order, I can tell you it was worth the wait. The staff at Autonation Chevy West Amarillo took care of me the entire trip. I checked in every month and they called whenever they heard something about the delays. When I got the call the truck had arrived, I didnt believe them.Had the truck for almost a week now and it has met every expectation from Chevy. Again, the staff at the dealership was right on top of it from Damon in sales, to TJ in management and Jesse in finance. We were treated with all the greatest respect.This is our second vehicle with the dealership and wont be our last.

Salesman Greg was wonderful! My only negative thought is this: I’ve now purchased 3 new vehicles from Auto Nation in the past 10 years and there was no acknowledgement of that from dealership. Customer loyalty should be rewarded not ignored. I don’t feel my continued patronage had any affect on my deal and I think it should have. Not sure that I’ll come back for my next vehicle.

After keeping my suburban all day for an oil change & check one wheel bearing, I was called at 4:45 & because they close at 5:30, would I like to pick it up the next morning? No, I didn’t. I’m fifteen minutes away from the dealership. They weren’t able to diagnose the problem with the wheel. It was too windy and the mechanic was unable to hear the noise when driving it. When my husband brought it in and talked to the service writer, he recommended they put it on a lift and listen with a stethoscope because of road noise and wind conditions it would be harder to detect. Not done apparently. Why would this simple work ( oil change & possibly 30 minutes diagnostics) take all day?

We were on a long road trip when we lost oil pressure on my Chevy Avalanche. I called AutoNation Chevrolet and spoke with Ann. Once my truck arrived at AutoNation, via tow truck, Ann and her team started to work right away!!! It turns out all I needed was a new oil pressure sensor! AutoNation also performed a multipoint inspection and we were on our way!!! What a Godsend AutoNation Chevrolet, Ann and her team were! There is probably not a better service department in Texas!!!!

Loved my experience with Autonation Chevrolet. Greg was amazing and really fought for me to get a low interest rate and monthly payment. I got a 2021 which was out of my budget due to him! Will be coming back for my next car. My only complaint is that they were training someone new and i Had to come in a few times to finish paperwork instead of getting it all done at once but they did top off my tank for the trouble.

Worst mechanic experience of my life. Went in to get air conditioner fixed. They took over a week longer than promised. Then when I was driving down the highway with trailer full of equipment 2 weeks later one of the lines that was worked on came loose. Ended up ruining my transmission and left me stranded on a busy highway. To Autonation s credit they fixed my transmission for free but I was left without a work truck for 2 weeks which made my life a lot harder.The day I picked up my truck it was covered in oil and dirt. Then it stopped working again after about 15 minutes of driving. It wouldnt go faster than 34 mph. I took it back to autonation but they wont take responsibility for the problem despite that this new issue happened the same day I picked it up from them.This has been a nightmare situation. I would advise all to stay from this place.

The reason why it is so low is because I was called and told it was going to cost $1,700 for an injector connector. Which cost $140. What a joke. I will never come back to this place or will I ever tell anyone to every buy a car/truck or get service done here. What a bunch of crooks. Y’all are the reason husbands can’t let their wife’s go into any auto repair place without getting taken advantage of.

Greg went with us on that test drive and his attitude and personality made a really good impression on your dealership. Abby was who helped me get everything signed and and wrapped up. She was the best part of all the people I met and dealt with. That is usually a pretty cold and boring part of buying a car but she managed to make it the best part of the whole visit. She’s friendly and chatty and we didn’t have to just sit there in silence waiting for documents to print. She didn’t have to vaguely answer questions I had because she seemed to genuinely know what she was talking about. I didn’t leave wondering what I had just signed up for. Shady business! I went to attempt to purchase a used vehicle. After their 125 point inspection I found that the motor was shaking. Apparently they missed that. So the trust was gone.After requesting to look over the vehicle with the lead mechanic, I also found that there was an oil leak. They kept trying to get me to purchase the vehicle and come back and get the oil leak replaced. Of course I said no. I requested they fix the oil leak and then I would buy the vehicle.The next day I texted the sales guy and he said they sold the vehicle in cash and that they didnt want to put any more money in it.This is after they told me about the warranty that I would have been to just come back and get it replaced for free.Shady business. Do your homework, and inspect the car yourself. Do not recommend buying a car from them.

Take it bake and its fixed. A day later and my engine light turns back so taking it back and it’s yanking like it wants to give out, been out of a car since Monday. Came in for a scheduled appointment to just get an oil change. 2 hours later I got my pickup back. I could have done it myself at home in 15 minutes and saved time, fuel and money. I was told after the two hours that two of the techs were gone. I’ve had better service! I mean really, even with one tech how long should this type of service take when you have an appointment.

We traveled 3 hours to see the vehicle we had viewed online. We had private financing in place. Salesman knew this. We test drove the truck, told them we wanted to think about it over some lunch. Called back to our salesman and told him we will take the vehicle. To please get papers ready. Again told him that we had private financing so this should be easy and quick. We got back to the dealer and 1. they had nothing ready. 2. They took our letter of approved credit to their finance man and he came back and said it was not their policy to let vehicles leave the state without a draft from my lender. All they was trying to do is to force us into financing through one of their companies to get a kickback. I do not appreciate being lied to. The GM came out when we walked out and met us at our car. Same story, but oh we want to try to make a deal - by this time buddy you were way to late. Our financing letter was as good as a done deal. Your finance guy tried to switch it to well we dont know if they would approve a 2018 or not. Well let me tell you something, that letter said they would cover up to X amount and you just lost out on a 40,000 sale. AND 3. get your salesmen business cards so he doesnt have to use appt reminder cards from a dr.s office that the crossed out information and wrote his name and number on. The whole deal was so horrible, i will NEVER go to another AUTO NATION AGAIN.

You were suppose to hold my check and didn’t. It is a case of being told one thing and you doing something else. Cost me approx $215 in lost interest and early withdrawal penalty. I did not appreciate being lied to. And now you want me to be even more inconvenienced. Don’t believe a single word of what they say they will do!!! A gas fill up in a Spark and an oil change don’t even begin to right the situation. I did what I said I would do. Autonation did not. And nothing can make that right!!!

Sales staff was helpful and courteous financing was not the friendliest, and the car in question was not up to the standards I expected from AutoNation. It had transmission issues not to mention that there was a sign in the car that stated it was sanitized, but I found the several of the previous owners effects inside the car needless to say I returned it 67 miles after purchase with a somewhat hassle free return not the no questions asked full refund as the paperwork said been 4 days still waiting on check.

I was never told I needed to pay a 149 fee for inspection when I got their because I have extended warranty on my vehicle. Took it in for a check engine light for the second time and all they did was erase the code. Got the shuttle service to go get food and walk around and called so they can pick me up and a whole hour passed and didn’t show up so I just walke from Best Buy to the service center with my 3 kids.
