The staff here was absolutely wonderful! Devon and Ilya were so helpful and so kind! They made a hard situation so much easier! Thank you so much! I will always recommend them for ANY jewelry service! I sent my son in there to find an engagement ring and the sales man he dealt with was so knowledgeable and helpful! He got an extremely good deal for the ring he choose! The warranty services they offer are absolutely worth the amount I paid for them!
If I could give a zero star I would. The assistant manager Ilya was very condescending to me. I took my OPEN HEART necklace in to get my chain repaired for the second time. She got a silver chain out of the case that was $39.99 and 18 long to replace my current chain. I told her the chain was smaller than the one I had. She continued to argue with me because the computer shows my chain as 18. When she finally measured my chain it was 22 and she tried to tell me that it must have stretched. I told her there was no way anything could stretch 4. She continued to argue with me and tell me well the computer says its an 18 chain. I told her that it clearly measures 22. She then said she would just send it back and try to have it repaired again. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the assistant and I again ask who the manager was, she stated it was Devin. I asked when she would be in and she said tomorrow. She then started taking pictures of my broken chain and then handed me a business card of Devins and wrote the customer care number at the top. I had informed her that what she was trying to do was not fair and that I would be contacting corporate. I honestly dont know how this girl even has a job if she speaks down to everyone the way she talked to me.
A few weeks ago I ordered a ring and bracelet online for my husband.When they arrived, the ring was too small and the bracelet was defective. We went back to exchange the items but because they were ordered online they had to refund,reorder and the whole shabang! Which was no problem, we weren’t in a hurry. But when the new pieces came in we lost the discount that we originally had but the lady who we originally spoke with said she would make sure she honored that when we returned. She wasn’t there today but it was okay because Brittany did a fantastic job today making sure we got our original deal. We didn’t get the original deal but no worries because she still did a great job ... The ring I had purchased went up $20 and she even asked the manager if she could honor the original price I purchased the ring for and that manager said no -because the in store price was up $20 which I don’t understand because they don’t have that item in store- hints the ordering -but that manager was not really into the customer service mood. Everything the manager said was said in a way that wasn’t exactly helpful but as if she had better things to do, we just kind of caught that lazy vibe from her....But Brittany was a great advocate by asking, even if she got shot down, so I appreciated that and decided not to fuss about the $20 dollars. I told hey it’s just $20 bucks let’s just leave it as is. She was still able to work some sort of discount and so I left so impressed with the customer service provided by Brittany- disappointed by the disposition of the manager on site but nevertheless, Brittany deserves recognition for doing a great customer service job. You just don’t see that often these days so it nice to see! Thank you Brittany! You’re definitely headed places !!

My wife had damaged her wedding ring and knocked the diamond out of the setting. Covid has slowed down access to repairs but as soon as it was available, Kay Jewelers really did a fine job. My experience with Devon and the girls at Kays was terrific. Thank you so much for putting the smile back on my Wifes face. She has shown it to so many people in the last 24 hours like we just got engaged and married all over again.
Went to Kay today looking for an anniversary ring. 1st stopped at Zales but they refused to let me in the store because I wear a face shield instead of a mask. It covers my whole face! I cannot wear a mask due to a disability. So I cover more of my face with a shield, I feel better protected.The lady at Kay was wonderful and let me look at several rings. Ive always shopped Zales but Kay will have my business from now on.

The people who work at Kays are nice enough and I love my ring, but we have had a warranty issue because we lost our packet.The first time we went in to have my ring sized, we had the paperwork and they found our information no problem at all.Fast forward to after the wedding when we wanted the ring sautered together. My husband traded in his vehicle, and the paperwork was in it. Oops. We went in and now they cannot find our information at all. We had to pay full price.Now, A diamond fell out. Still cannot find any paperwork on the $4000 wedding set he bought me. I know we lost our paperwork, but dang! Talk about stuck up a creek with no paddle. I would think record keeping on these products would be better than this.
I love my ring! The staff in store have been very helpful. The only complaint I have is that weve had issues when sending it off for maintenance. The shop that does the maintenance doesnt follow instructions very well. They told me today that they have a new shop theyre using, so I hope things improve.
Brought in my elderly mother to pick out her new wedding ring as hers had been destroyed when her house burnt down in 2014 during the fires in Fritch Texas. My mother was very nervous spending a large amount of money on another ring and wanted to ask lots of questions before purchasing but wasn’t able to because of the young lady working that day. She was very insensitive and rushing my mother every step of the way! We happily took our business to Barnes jewelry and got an amazing new ring from a nice young man who actually wanted our business!

This is the most disorganized unprofessional jeweler I have ever felt with. First I was tod by store manager that opening an account would not put a hard hit on my credit- false!!! Next they were sizing a set of rings and lost the band. Found in the do not want pile. Then. Engagement ring was sized to a different size than the wedding band. Now we have sat here for 45 minutes because they credited our payment to the wrong account. Received a nasty call from the collections department. Once this transaction is done so s my business with Kay.
This place has ridiculous customer service I ordered a ring online I pick it up and my stone is loose on my ring so I take it back 2 days later and they say i have to purchase insurance to get it tightened. I purchase the insurance have my ring sent off and a month later i still have no ring! I call the store and no one ever answers the phones... horrible business

I absolutely HATED my experience with this place. Was told my ring would be here feb 6th, called to see when i could pick it up just to be told it wasnt ordered and now have to wait until april 4th and hope it doesnt happen again. Called customer care and they offered NO help. TERRIBLE company and I hope nobody does business with them. Zales had way better customer service
