Very strange but we tried to return a rug and we were rudely not able to return it (completely breaking the return policy of the store). The original tag was never removed and the rug was returned in the EXACT condition as it was purchased, with a receipt. I pointed out a defect in the rug when it was purchased (clearly on there video camera!) and they told my wife more or less that we were lying and it was caused from furniture being placed on it. When purchasing I pointed out the defect and they said clearly it can be returned. This is very unusual for a store to break there own policy especially since we are long term customers whom have spent thousands on purchases for our short term rental home and personal homes. When I asked my wife to leave the rug there so we could dispute it on the credit card, the manager carried the rug to the car for us not allowing my wife to do so. I had to take an hour off of work to return myself. I left the rug by the register and simply took a picture for me to use to provide to the credit card company (confirming they had possession of the rug) but the manager got out her phone to take a picture of me!After reporting this to a district manager and corporate office, they immediately returned my call and she was extremely kind and informed me I would be refunded immediately and apologized to both my wife and I over the incident. I have since edited this review and given the store 4 stars (instead on 1) because I expect this situation will never happen again. It appears I just got a rouge employee assistant manager not following store policy.

Best home goods store with random finds

Very poor customer service, they advertised something on sale that the store didnt even have. When I asked about it I was very rudely told they didnt have it because they didnt get it in on their truck. When I asked for a rain check I was just flat out told no. Then when I asked if they had some coming I was just told that they didnt.

Very nice, but if you carried more cookbooks and sugar and gluten free products, youd get more stars.

I was really impressed with the quality of many of their products. I havent been there in a while, I will start going more often.

They have a toy selection you wont find at walmart. and prices are very reasonable. Some of their merchandise was 60% off. Got a bed tent for 5 dollars that my son loves to play with.

Greeted at the door employees were very helpful and have lots of suggestions good service however not safe for someone in a wheelchair or disabled due to the Halls are very close together and its very crowded with items

Like an upscale Ross. Basically left overs from department stores. The bargins you find here are outstanding! Always something different, novel items and housewares, candles, cosmetics and bathing specialties. I particularly love getting bed sheets here and Pre De Province soaps. Store attendants are always busy but will help if you ask. You have to dig here to find the gems. My favorite waste of time and money.

Love this place! One of the few places in Amarillo to find one of a kind items for cheap!!!

I live in the neighborhood behind Tuesday Morning, and we get their litter that they carelessly throw out. Just yesterday as I mowed the lawn, I saw 4-5 Tuesday Morning employees taking out their boxes, Styrofoam, and plastic. The employees did not care that the Styrofoam and plastic blew away. No one made an effort to get it, either. When I contact the manager, the blame always falls on the city and type of dumpster. The irony of yesterdays litter, though, is that they were putting the trash in the dumpster with the lid, which they say helps keep the trash from blowing.
