Great game store! Highly reccomend if you want video games, video game accessories, or Magic the Gathering cards. They have deck boxes,, sleeves and dice! They also have a small selection of board games. Great people who run it and everyone (employees and customers) were friendly. Great atmosphere! Also the Throne of Games is pretty cool!

Great place to hang out, play card games like magic the gathering. They have a bunch of old game systems like the super nintendo, lots of games for various old game systems like the gameboy advance, gameboy color, nintendo ds, 3ds, super nintendo, sega etc. They also hold MTG tournaments every friday night starting around 6 pm.

This place is awesome and the owners are great! They have an excellent assortment of video games and consoles of all kinds. Even a few stickers and an array of candy, chips, and drinks. Love it every time we visit! Theyre trade-in program is also pretty cool. We got quite a bit of credit trading some things in to them!

Went one year and the place was great they had a lot of good games, and even ones I was really looking for. Came back the year after that and they moved. And didnt enjoy it as much, but made a return again today and it looked like they got all of there inventory moved finally, great place and great selection of games, not from Amarillow but will definitely go back when I am in Amarillo again.

Great clean shop lots of gaming material and lots of components for keeping your classic systems running. Or buying a classic system if one is so inclined.

What probably makes Recycled Entertainment the best game/hobby shop in town is the dedication to finding what you need with knowledgeable employees to provide as much insight as they can to your questions. Whether it’s board games, trading card games or electronic entertainment, RE provides all.They accept rare cards and items of different types in exchange for store credit and have the greatest variety of cards as well as games and hobby related items I’ve come across in Amarillo. They have racks filled with video games from number of consoles both present and past and accept those for trade in as well. At the front of the shop was one of the diamonds that caught my eye: a functional, sturdy Dance Dance Revolution arcade game stocked with songs! To those who don’t know, this is rare enough.Perhaps it’s greatest treasure isn’t in its inventory but the community itself. It’s RPG and card gaming players are friendly and helpful at the very least. You’re welcomed and greeted when you come in and where I met several players for different games.The only reason why I can’t give this a five star is because of the lack of an official Dungeons and Dragons Adventurers league game. Even in this respect, several players have stepped up to meet this metaphorical gap in order to close it. Even then, it would still be nice to have official games. Besides this fact, the other games (Magic The Gathering for example) are usually always official.It’s clean and I call it my go to.

We bought all of our game consoles from here and James was the awesome guy who helped us and has helped us for the last 2 years and the experience has been great. However, today we went in to sell our consoles and got so low balled from the new guy who was incredibly rude. It was unbelievable. Weve been loyal to your store and only bought from recycled entertainment. Plus we had planned on coming back and buying more consoles at a later date because we wanted to help support your store. We will not be coming back. James we miss you, you made that store awesome. Beef cake your new guy is rude and bad at his job. We will give credit where it is due and that guy was awful. Get another guy who loves the job and is nice to customers and treats people better. Even game stop pays better than that.

Honestly they are the most down to earth people I know. They will help you if you ask and will do their best to make sure you are satisfied. Out of all of the card vendors I have been to they have been the best I have ever been too. They sell at extremely reasonable prices.

The usual customers (although they can be rowdy sometimes ;P) are usually all amazing. The prices are fair and even work with the customer depending on the product.I mainly go into recycled for the Magic the Gathering tournaments, but I also go in for the employees. The employees are extremely helpful and provide really good service.

It was a very nice experience and they gave me very fair value for my cards and I was able to acquire cards that my deck was in desperate need of including Temporal Manipulation, Ugin the Spirit Dragon, and even an Expropriate which was a very rare find. I recently started to get back into retro gaming. It is awesome that I can walk in to this store and find what I am looking for even if I forgot the title of the game. Perfect examples of this happen recently. I walked in and spoke to James. I told him details of the game I was looking for and within few seconds, he told me the name of the game. He is a perfect example of the AMAZING staff there at Recycled Entertainment. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. No matter if its video games or card games, you leave this store happy and satisfy. I dont even bother with those big chain video games stores anymore. Hands down the BEST place Ive seen for retro video games. The staff was unbelievably friendly, and helpful isnt nearly a strong enough word to describe the service. Every question we had was answered. My husband and I arent into table top or card games, but it looked like they had a pretty awesome selection. And they had video games from NES through current Gen, and the prices are very fair.

Came with a friend from Oklahoma about a 2 hour drive. The drive was well worth it the selection is amazing the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Had a very wide selection of used consoles and games, from an Atari 5200 to present day. Didnt have as big of a selection of rare and hard to find games as I wished, but thats to be expected - the games are rare and hard to find, after all. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Had a small selection of board games and MtG. I know where Im going when I finally decide to buy another SNES.
