The food was good and it has the typical Italian restaurant look and feel. Because of Covid, staffing is an issue so theyre only serving dishes as theyre described on the menu, you can make changes or substitutions. They have carry out, tables inside and outside and a nice bar. I will go back and hopefully staffing is not an issue and we can get exactly what we want this time. I included pictures of the menu so you can see what dishes they have and the prices. Prices are a little higher than I would like but overall not too bad.

We came here on a Saturday for lunch and it was a great experience. Jordan our server is was very pleasant and attentive.My only drawback, and its not a fault of the restaurant, is that they are short staffed in the kitchen and that caused them to not be able to customize menu items.Overall I will still keep coming here and I hope their staffing issues clear up soon. Unfortunately, I dont see that happening as its an issue nation wide.

Sauces done really well are memorable!! Bread twists😋. Fast friendly waitresses kept our glasses full and brought our food out hot (not room temp like some places that leave it on the counter for 15 mins before serving.) Be ready to bring some home ; they serve generous portions. Happily the prices were reasonable.

Olive Garden who? No seriously this place is great, leaps and bounds better than most other Italian style restaurants. Food was spectacular, salmon special was perfect and the chicken parm was delicious, bread sticks are to die for and the drinks were A-1. Waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed but wasnt let it affect her great hospitality, will most def be back soon.

Arrived around 4:30 and place had some customers. The staff was awesome and friendly. The wait staff wrote masks. Ordered a slice of pizza. Although not New York style the crust was crispy and delicious. The mushrooms were fresh and had sufficient cheese. For dessert the Italian cake was exquisite. Looking forward to trying pasta.

Saoirse (aka Sunday) is a wonderful server. Friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, never been here. Driving in from Dallas headed to CO so just here 1 night. Found this place on Google so thought Id add my review to help travels find where a good Italian place to go to. Not too pricey and cute little family decor. Music wasnt too loud. Portion sizes were good. If youre in town and want some Italian, def come here! Its really good!

I loved this place. Plenty of seating for the waiting area, clean floors, and good staff. The food came out pretty fast but the problem i have is that the staff was a little too slow. I asked for a to-go box and the waiter took 15+ minutes just for a box. My family all loved the food, it was warm, not too hot. I do recommend this place if your patient!

My very favorite place to eat. But so disappointed today. I always eat the Italian special. Today I got to eat about two bites and it was disgusting. Really dry and the penne pasta was real sticky. Plus to salty.My daughter said her pasta wasn’t cooked right either. She didn’t eat all of hers either. Said the only thing good was her salad.Been eating there for several several years but won’t go back until they get a descent cook.Waitress was pretty good. No complaints about her.

We limit our trips here to celebratory occasions to keep it special. The food is reliably tasty and the service is attentive and discreet (i.e., guests can carry on a mostly uninterrupted conversation). Post-covid the staff seems younger, and maybe a bit green but also eager to provide a nice dining experience. If you like tasty americanized Italian food, consider providing these hard working young people the opportunity to continue polishing their expertise and keep a really good restaurant thriving - make your next casual dining experience a Pescaraz night!

This place is FABULOUS!! Some of the best pasta I have ever had, much less at such a reasonable price. Our server Katie was amazing and I highly suggest the meat lovers pasta followed by Italian cream cake!! I can not say enough about the atmosphere (live music) the service (fast and beyond friendly) and the food (delicious)!!! Do yourself a favor and eat here. I will be stopping every time I come through Amarillo in the future.

Havent heard of this place until I happen to find it while searching for a place to have lunch with my Dad. We were seated immediately, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing!! If you havent been yet, I highly recommend this place!!

We were on a road trip July 2020 and spend the night in Amarillo. Pescaraz Italian Restaurant came highly recommended, so we decided to give it a try.We did order their food to go as we did not yet feel comfortable dining in.Even though we had the food in to go boxes (takes away the experience of eating out, and for some reason to go never tastes as good as plated inside the restaurant), their food blew us away. It was soooo good! Will definitely return should we be in the area again.

We rarely eat Italian because its usually not good but the smells coming from this place drew us in. So glad we came. The bottomless garlic knots were fantastic. My husband ordered the Seafood special and I ordered the chicken piccata. Both were fantastic but his was better. We also ordered the tiramisu, which I think had coffee liquor in it. It was really delicious. Also, it was a Saturday night that we were there and they had live music.

Food was wonderful and staff was very kind. We got there at a very busy time band were still sat in under 10 minutes and our waitress was on point!

All employees wonderful and food even better. I ordered the Alfredo with shrimp and crab. Was very generous and tasted wonderful. Cant remember what my sisters ordered but invited each other to try them and they were both very happy. My brother goes all the time and gets a Stromboli. Smelled great and as big as a large pizza folder other. So, good folks, great food. Definitely go to Pescaraz.

This place is amazing!! Warm and cozy atmosphere with delicious food and excellent customer service...We sat at bar and our bartender was Sabrina she was super sweet and attentive...I highly recommend this place...I promise you will not be disappointed.

At the recommendation of our server this time, I ordered the cheese tortellini and got it with the vodka sauce. Oh my gosh it was so delicious! The tortellini was pillow soft when I bit into them and oh so beautifully coated with that creamy vodka sauce. By the way... the super hot & fresh twisted bread sticks got devoured by sopping up what was left in the bowl!!!!! Without them, my face would have been in that bowl licking like a dog does when people food is in its bowl. I imagine everyone around me would have whipped their phones out and started recording the whole scene for social media. THANKS PESCARAZ for the bread sticks for without them the PR nightmare that could have happened!!!!! Needless to say, I will be ordering that same meal again very soon.

Tha tables are a little wobbly but both the service and the food is great. Good gluten free selection (theres an extra charge).Time it right as it does get busy. We arrived around 3:30 pm and got seated straight away, however when we left 2 hours later there was a line of people waiting to be seated. The fact that we spent so long is a testament to the good atmosphere, friendly and attentive service and obviously the tasty and appetising food.We will return when in town.

We came in a little while ago, Matt wasnt quite sure what he wanted but asked for a bow tie pasta with broccoli, chicken, and shrimp. Our waitress, Makenzie, instantly suggested a pasta with a few changes and he loved it! she was such a great waitress, I considered writing a review then but never got around to it. Tonight on one of their busier nights Makenzie luckily is our waitress again, and she remembered exactly what Matt ordered last time and all the changes he wanted made to it. She is so on top of everything from drink, bread, and even offering to-go containers when were done. She goes above and beyond and her service is truly beyond 5 stars!

Place is great. The bread twists and the sauce are awesome. I got the Volcano chicken which was good but I wish is was a little more spicy. They gave me a piece of cheese cake for my birthday that was good as well!

I love this restaurant! I like the variety of choices. Tonight we got the meat lovers pata and the canneloni. both were really good with plenty of sauce. I just wish the bread was cooked a little more so it was toasty brown. But they are still my first choice in Amarillo for Italian!

Food and service was really good. Hours have changed though so be warned that they are closed between 2 and 4 pm.

Very good. The meatlovers pasta was awesome. Service was fast friendly and good. We were in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. On Friday night at 6pm. Party of 2 adults and one 4year old.

Wonderful food. Unfortunately my eyes were bigger than my belly, but regardless... it was all fantastic! From the garlic twists with Marana, to the crab cakes, to the Bisteca Marsala. And lets not forget the absolutely wonderful staff! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Service was alright. Ordered 2 portions of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and they came out lukewarm with old tasting chicken. Waitress told us she would put in our to go fettuccine halfway through our dining experience. Ended up waiting 30 minutes AFTER we finished our meals for a kids portion that’s supposed to come with a drink and bread. We were not offered any of that. Not to mention the kitchen staff playing loud inappropriate music for the whole restaurant to hear. Pescarez is usually great and a family favorite but today was not it!

We just wanted a nice dinner out without kids. Get in the restaurant, ask for a table, she takes our name. 5 minutes later she YELLS from across the hostess podium if we have masks and then rudely demands we put them on! We walked out. Had she kindly walked up to us and politely asked us to put them on, we would have said SURE! But when you wait 5 minutes to then be as loud as you can to demand we put them on, NOPE! Went to Napolis instead! Superior service there!

Definitely one of our favorite restraunts in Amarillo. You really cant go wrong with anything that you order off of the menu. The last few times we have gone we have gotten Ryan as our server and he is always fantastic, very attentive, and knowledgeable regarding the menu. Their lasagna with meat sauce is normally my go to, and their breadsticks are to die for!!!!

If I lived in the neighborhood it would be my Italian place, but I wouldnt drive by an olive garden to go, but will add the best bread sticks I have ever had.

This in my opinion is the best Italian food place in Amarillo. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great for a quick lunch or for a really nice evening out on the town, you will not be disappointed. They also have great live entertainment in the evenings. Perfect place for the family.

The food was great The customer service was not that good

So I took my son to eat at Pescaraz because I had a gift card (thank you Tonya!) We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was JJ and he was excellent! Great service, great menu knowledge and he helped me order something Ive never had before. I ordered the Andy Special and it was simply amazing!! It was a perfect blend of spice and whatever sauce they put in it. Im a huge fan now! That was my first time going there and we had 5 star service. I appreciated that JJ would talk to us and my son, making us feel welcomed and not rushed. Pescaraz is definitely in a league in its own when it comes to Italian food. Im already planning my next visit lol lol Thank you JJ, you did a dynamite job! It was a great experience all the way around.
