I came into Autozone because my car would not start. I must say Paul Wiley went above an beyond. He not only tested my battery but was able to resolve the issue. He is a blessing. Thank you Jesus. thank you AutoZone for having him here. I have went to several other location and have not had the same experience. Let’s go American Canyon!

I had problems looking for the oil filter I needed. Kay was able to provide answers as well as help me find them. He also recommended a good flashlight that I should buy.
I went into Auto Zone and was promptly greeted by the sales associate who helped troubleshooted my problem. I then spoke with the Manager Erik who tested my battery, alternator and starter. My battery was not holding a charge and needed to be replaced. He was very informative. Helped me pick out a new battery and installed it for me. He also took time to explaining what he was doing and answering any question that I had. Erik was a life saver and turned my bad day into a good day. I would definitely recommend stopping if you need help. Everyone was friendly, knowledge, and had a positive attitude.
I first want to apologize for not remembering the young mans name that assisted me that day, but he was an African American male and I believe his name may have been Greg or Glen. I went in to get a fuse replaced for the cigarette lighter and he proceeded by coming out to my car and once we located the fuse panel he then replaced the fuse and we found that the cigarette lighter/charger was still not working so he was then able to sell me a charger. I know it doesnt sound like he did much, but since Im disabled and a former customer service worker (before retiring) it means a lot to me when I experienced good customer service, which is rare nowadays. This young man exceeded what I consider good customer service. I just want to say thank you and hope that AutoZone appreciates you. This experience took place at the AutoZone located in American Canyon.Once again I received excellent customer service from the representatives there at AutoZone. Upon entering the store, sales clerk Luis greeted me as I told him what I needed he was very efficient in look in the item up. I asked if he would be able to install the item which happened to be a light for my rear blinker. Luis came out to my car and was able to install the light in a matter of seconds. Once again I would like to thank AutoZone and Luis for their great customer service.
Every time I go here Im surprised with their knowledge and expertise. They help me figure out what part I need and then help me to get it. If its not in stock theyll order it for me. Then theyll let me know when its there. Very courteous and helpful. The prices arent bad either.

Its great to have AutoZone right across the street from my office. The AutoZone staff is always awesome to work with. I just recently went over and did a big order for brakes and rotors for my fleet of security vehicles. Kay was helping me out and did an awesome job ordering everything and was able to get me everything I requested.
Went to Auto Zone in American Canyon CA today. My left brake light was out. Assisted store manager, Paul Wiley, got the correct light bulb out and he installed it for me in my car. As a woman alone, I was so appreciative and grateful. He was friendly and helpful the whole time. That is true customer service and I wish Paul continued success at Auto Zone!!! Store #4028.

One time the American Canyon AutoZone let me borrow a jumper box kept for customers to jump my car. So I thought that all AutoZones did that LOL. I found out they dont...And today, the manager, Eric, accepted my return of brake pads, even though I was a little rough with them prior. I didnt expect it.I come here from Vallejo. I would still come here if I lived in Fairfield or Napa. You should to. Even the youngest newest employees walk you right over to the item when asked.

Folks at the store are very helpful. Came in this morning to purchase a battery for my truck. The associate (Luis) went beyond his duties in assisting. Was told that there was no issue replacing the battery in front of the store and that he would provide me with the tools needed since I had left my socket set at home. He came out to assist when it was not necessary. Great job!
Some of the best customer service Ive ever had. For every question I had they had an answer. On of the workers there went above and beyond helping me with my car trouble. I only wish I could remember his name so that I could refer him to you.

I’ve been to this autozone multiple times and others as well, this location is by far the worst as far as customer service goes. there’s one older guy who works here who is always super helpful & nice. the younger employees make it obvious they aren’t interested in helping the customers. there’s one girl, who’s name i can’t remember who just has an attitude no matter what.i came in once around 6p to have my battery & alternator checked, and she told me they couldn’t help me because they aren’t allowed outside once it’s dark out. i went to the vallejo autozone the same night & they had no problem coming out and helping me. i ended up rushing to the fairfield autozone for the battery that same night around 8p & they came out and installed it for me. i don’t understand why the other two autozones (which are in much worse locations) were able to come out after it was dark when these employees were supposedly “not allowed” to come out at sunset.i went in again today to have an engine light read. a young guy gave me the reader, but he was gone when i came back in. this same girl was there & tried calling for him to help me. there’s no other customers in line and she could’ve easily helped me, but she stood there calling for him for about 10 minutes. finally she rolled her eyes & said “fine i’ll help you”. the entire time she’s talking to me like i’m stupid and rolling her eyes at everything i have to say.i go to autozone pretty often as i prefer it over oreilly’s, but i hate coming to the american canyon location. every autozone i’ve ever been to has had far better employees who know what they’re talking about & wont roll their eyes at you.
The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. A woman named stephanie helped me, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all my needs today. Its because of her that Im giving autozone 5 ☆ I mean I probably would have given 5 ☆ anyways but she went above and beyond to help me.
Had battery issues I thought so went to Autozone. They gave me all options AND checked the battery to be sure it was the battery and I wasnt paying for something I didnt need. Lorraine I believe was her name, was wonderfully knowledgeable and took out and replaced my battery after checking it for me. My cars battrry is really a very tigh fit and she just continued to work to get it out AND get it back in there. Further she made sure it was in eight and was tightly in place and that was a chore. Excellent service. Excellent care and immediate response. American Canyon Autozone will be getting our business again in future.

They are quite deceptive in my opinion I went in to take advantage of the free battery checking service after the test is ran on my battery the customer service guy said we needed to purchase a new battery for $200 so we did we then took the old battery to another mechanic and ask him to retest and were told it was still good and that we really didnt need to purchase the $200 battery at AutoZone which makes me question the Integrity of their battery testing service.
