This pharmacy has been so helpful and so kind. I was filling at another cvs and took them a week to fill. Here they were so fast with filling my meds. I just want to say thank you to the pharmacy team!!!

I was in a hurry this morning when I came in. Anni greeted me as I walked in and quickly answered my inquiry about superglue accurately. Then as I came back towards the registers she met me halfway and told me she could check me out. Then she proceeded to walk me through how I can save an additional $10. She was super sweet and informative and went above and beyond. I am super happy with the customer service I received from Anni! Thank you 😊

This is my go-to place for any over the counter meds and make up. When you sign up for the rewards program with their mobile app, you get weekly coupons such as 25-40% off for any one item. Also the mobile app gives you access to manufacturer coupons for a handful of items. You can stack those coupons together to get great savings. Every time I come in, the employees are always friendly and willing to help you find whatever you are looking for. Also, certain brands have “buy 2 get $6 rewards cash to your account on your next visit”. Besides having a pharmacy in there, they also sell Utah souvenirs, limited grocery items (milk, soda, candy, detergent). It’s also a good place to get seasonal decor items, which can go for 50-70% off after the holidays are over.

1 star rating is for the pharmacy . Horrible horrible customer service, rude & unprofessional with zero communication as well as zero will to try to figure out more than what’s just in front of their face ( like keeping letters in front of my insurance numbers and saying it’s invalid, when all they had to do was remove the letters) . I live 35 mins away and this was the closest CVS which I was required by insurance to go to but now I’ll be driving further just to not deal with these snotty rude staff when trying to get my diabetic supplies, I didn’t deal with ONE decent staff member. I miss my Walgreens !

I got my covid vaccine here and it was super easy and fast! I signed up online and scheduled both doses. When you arrive you just check in at the front of the store and then walk around to the pharmacy. There’s a privacy wall up and you sit down behind that. He asked what arm I wanted it in and asked if I had any questions. He was very nice and it didn’t hurt really at all. Just like a quick pinch. They also have you sit down near the pharmacy and wait 15 mins after to make sure you’re ok before you leave. Smooth and easy process.

I would say it was great, but it was not great for me, you walk in the cvs and you completely miss the check in table for the covid shot, you go back to the check in for pharmacy and nobody helps, its not untill there is 2 or 3 people in line before someone helps you, they send you back up front than back to the drop off area of pharmacy.... anyways just unorganized as hell, yeah the shot was great to get but for me it wasnt worth it for even the unnecessary check in process,

Incompetent pharmacy. CVS lost a customer forever when this pharmacy failed to communicate with my doctor in any significant way, failing to refill prescriptions and failing to receive refill authorizations. This same process was unerring at the CVS on Jackson in San Diego. Unerring at the Walgreens in La Mesa, California. But lo and behold, the idiots who managed to get jobs as pharmacists at this particular pharmacy cannot get this process right.

Connie is a horrible, judgmental, snake. She works at the pharmacy, she makes assumptions about people and acts condescending towards customers. Ill never go here again. Management needs to look into her behavior towards customers. Just because she can see what meds people are on, doesnt mean she knows anything about their lives or who they are.

I would like to give the lady administering shots today a major shout out from the person who hates shots with a passion, super nice and Made the experience as enjoyable and relaxed as possible. Much appreciated.

We frequently use the drive through at this pharmacy and have always received quick service. Also, the pharmacist and techs who have helped us have always been very friendly, informative, and helpful.

At 9:15am I delivered a perscription to the pharmacy. I was the only customer in the store. Evidently customer service is NOT their priority for face to face service. I was there but the morning check off list took priority. I planned to wait and browse until I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. When I have to make a second trip I will not browse or possibly buy some product.

The pharmacy staff have always been kind and provided fast refills. They also helped me by contacting my doctors office when there were issues with a prescription. The store staff are also friendly and helpful.

Terrible service. I received a call from cvs pharmacy saying they could fill all my scripts for 3 months with what’s going on. Went to the pharmacy right off the bat said couldn’t do it today. Told her I would go somewhere else. She said she could probably do one or two. Then just kept being rude and condescending. So I finally walked out. I will never go to that cvs again.

Everyone is always so friendly and asking if l need help. Check out is quick and the store is clean and neat. Those working in pharmacy always make sure I have the information I need to know about my new or old prescriptions. I love this new beautiful store.

I believe her name was Becka, shes a pharmacy tech- she said we dont have a prescription discount list I know they do because I used it a little over a month ago; shes a bad liar. Very disappointed this store would lie about something so simple. This is the third time Becka has lied about something. Theres a guy who is a pharmacy tech as well, I really like him! Very nice, wish theyd hire more like him instead of more Beckas.

The actual pharmacy is only open until 9 pm. The store is open until 10 pm. This would have been nice to know as I tried to race here after work to pick-up as well as full one additional prescription. Unfortunately, because of my insurance, I cannot really go anywhere else and this is beyond frustrating to me. So irritated right now. Not necessarily the locations fault, as it was Google that told me the hours as well, so there needs,to be clarification.

We have all made mistakes in our lives, and one of mine was going to the Walgreens in Lehi prior to using CVS. This pharmacy is much faster, and attentive. I’m very happy with this pharmacy! Also, the store employees are kind as well.

I had the most upsetting experience with a woman who was working the cash register. My little sister was speaking to me in Spanish while the lady running the register was putting our stuff in the bags and once we paid and were about to leave she started saying racist remarks. Also that we shouldnt be speaking Spanish in the store because we were being rude and that others dont like that. I was furious and in shock as well as upset that someone would say that. I dont want this happening to others and made sure the manager knew. It was very unnecessary and unprofessional of her to do.

LOVE this pharmacy’s staff!!! LONDYN & every pharmacist I have worked with have been BEYOND FRIENDLY & professional. They do what is best for my family, carefully oversee our prescriptions & look for ways to save us money. I CHOOSE to drive past Maceys, Walgreens, Walmart & all the others to take my business to people who value it!

I feel bad cause they were opened on Christmas... but we had to grab medicine from there so Im glad someone was working there.

Manager says that they cant match their own online advertised price on in store items. I even showed them the product numbers matched and they wouldnt do it. Extremely disappointing, go elsewhere
