Looking at the food was appealing until I sank my teeth into the rubbery texture of the strawberries and crème crepes. Sad attempt of crepe’s I’ve ever seen. The liquid was soaking the entire dish like it had been ready before the main dish. The crepes lacked flavor. I got eggs and I asked for medium cooked and got runny egg whites and uncooked yokes. The waitress was very charming and super friendly. Glarifa was her name I believe. Had superior customer service it made the experience better. The location is charming but the food is anything but enchanting. Might want to just make breakfast at home. Save the $37.00 for the grocery store.
The usual IHOP fare but our server made it taste me a 5 star. She was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. Service was prompt and orders were accurate.
Okay food, but the parking is questionable. Price was a bit steep for what you were getting but Im used to it in Seattle. I was disappointed by the covid safety here, and in the parking situation, though that I understand. Some staff were not wearing masks. I appreciate the location being 24/7 though.
I had the spicy chicken sandwich and I added onion rings and bacon to it and that made a very delicious meal. The french fries were crispy, salty, and absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I dont tend to go into the city very often, but to meet up with family and having a good meal to go along with it really tied things together.
Came here for my birthday pancake. The app must had a glitch and I didn’t get the birthday code. The server basically rushed/forced me to using the sign up code instead of helping me figure out the birthday code. It’s all so bizarre, I’m at IHOP who’s supposed to send me the code, but IHOP is telling me there’s nothing they can do because they don’t have a code. The service was cold, they didn’t say happy birthday or sorry for the inconvenience, I got a free box of pancake with “here you go”. Will not visit again because it felt horrible.
This IHOP has the good clean quality you expect. With its own parking lot, its a great location when you want to arrive early near downtown Seattle prior to dropping off someone for a scheduled appointment. There was plenty of available seating Friday mid-morning. The waitress happily reseated us at a larger table when asked. Our table by the kitchen was just a bit noisy but not terribly so and easily allows conversation. There were plenty of quieter tables away from the kitchen. The standard egg breakfast was tasty. Plus they give a military veterans discount. Ill definitely stop by again.
A bit disappointed that they dont have IHoppy Hour deals. But their pancakes are always sooo yummy! Definitely worth the $11 for a full stack!
Gotta give it up to the management for saving this one. Didnt have the greatest experience in getting the food I ordered the way I wanted it, but the manager took care of me. The employees were a little confused about how they get tipped on togo orders, but the manager squared everything away. They get the money. Excellent food 10/10 Ill be back!
The restaurant owner got our car towed. We ate here, went to the park across the street since our 2 year old was super cranky. After he finished playing we came back to have our dinner here again and found our car gone. The restaurant manager was super rude and told us shut up - you guys didnt follow the rules. Im not sorry for you in front of our kid. Had to spend $250 to get the car back and deal with a hungry kid (who was a trooper through this). Said open 24/7. Got there 515am doors locked. Sign on door Said closed until 530am for cleaning. 545am called to ask when they were going to be open. Was told another 30min. Did not wait.

One of my go-to places when I eat out. A great location, and great staff. Open 24/7, which I always see as a plus in any establishment.Highly recommend the breakfast sampler, and the chicken strips. Be patient as the night goes on into early morning as there is often a 2:00 a.m. rush, and the staff is only human. Well deserving of a high tip rate.

This must be the best managed IHOP anywhere! Stopped for a quick lunch earlier in the week and then breakfast this morning. Seated quickly and met at our table by Han with drinks and superb, quick service. She is a gem. Brought our unique requests immediately and checked on us frequently, and remembered me this morning. Highly, highly recommended.

The breakfast cooks were so fast getting our food out and the nut pancakes were the best. Our waitress was great very attentive. Place needs more parking but where we live we arent used to cramped spaces like seattle.

Came here on three separate occasions and every time it took over an hour to bring out subpar food. Staff there seem unmotivated and indifferent about customer experience. Last time I was there we found a hair in the pancakes and the staff did not care in the slightest. DO NOT GO HERE! It is a waste of money.

IHOP used to be pretty good service and food but this time they only had a single waitress in the whole entire restaurant and it was so busy, I went with 2 friends but we spent there like 5 hours to get our food.
Used to come here all the time as a kid. But in the past 10 years its gone downhill. They squeeze you into small, tall booths that are uncomfortable to sit at. Ive resorted to ordering through Doordash. The food is still ok though, so thats good.

IHOP is doing a good job of putting themselves back in the restaurant races. Breakfast is still their mainstay, but their burgers entrees are worth trying.

Went in for breakfast very early and actually sat down inside to dine for the first time since the pandemic began. The waitress whos name I failed to get was wonderful and also a beauty queen I surmised. My food was outstanding.

I like the location, its convenient, however the store is very small and a bit cramped.The servers are very pleasant, I ordered a senior breakfast that was overpriced and lacked quantity.The two pancakes were to mushy and doughy in the center, therefore, they lacked the rise associated with well prepared pancakes.Came with two skinny, half burned strips of bacon and two eggs over easy with the whites undercooked and burned on the bottom and weak tasting coffee.After wasting money on that rip off of a so called meal, I went elsewhere and had to eat again.
Two hour wait for food, at 2am with half the tables empty. They were very obviously prioritizing DoorDash orders. I looked at the receipts on Doordash orders sitting on a table, and they were all ordered long after we arrived. When we did get food, the oatmeal looked like congealed slop, banana was missing. No drink refill in two hours. Never did get my meal after two hours. And they let DoorDashers idle in the handicapped parking spots, which meant that as a disabled person, I had to park a block away and struggle to walk to the restaurant.
Busy restaurant at night. If you drive consider using lime or Uber. Parking is at a premium.

We ate here 3 times during our visit to Seattle. Food was good but a little pricey compared to what were accustomed to in Louisiana. The only reason Im not giving a 5th star is because of poor service by a waitress on our 3rd and final time there.

Nice place for brunch. They have some good choices for pancakes, waffles, omelettes. I took the broccoli and mushroom omelette with hash brown on the side - the omelette was huge! It could have had some more spices and flavours to it. I also ordered the banana and strawberry pancake - this is a must try!
Best ihop Ive ever had, eggs perfectly toasted, pancakes perfectly cooked, bacon and sausage perfectly cooked, perfectly cooked hash browns, everything perfect. Went at 3am and they had a huge rush and still made all our stuff perfect, 10/10 would recommend
Couldnt dine inside but the service was what I expected. Food was good.. my son got chicken strips- not the best pretty dry and chewy, and the fries were also a disappointment too... I LOVE THERE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE !!! I ordered a bowl of fruit that I did not receive 😔. I was really looking forward to that bowl of fruit....

We went to this location on our last morning in Seattle we had Louisa as our waitress she was awesome. She seemed to predict our request before we even asked. She was so cheerful and just a warm person. Bonus they had hazelnut coffee creamer which made my oldest daughters day! Top notch place to eat.
We had not so great service for the 1st time ever.The manager called personally to apologize and replaced our meal. Their customer service was above and beyond and the personal attention was amazing.

We went here late at night because it was one of the few places open. The parking was fairly easy even though we have a larger vehicle. Bathrooms are for paying customers only. It took a little bit for the waiter to come to take our drink orders but we had decided on our food by the time he got there so we ordered both at the same time. Service was good and the food was good too. Its a smaller location but everyone was seated distanced from each other. Overall a great dining experience.
Well, they were open when no one else was! They are mos def more expensive than other IHOP locations. For as few people that were there, the service left something to be desired. All that being said, the food was good, the servers were at least nice albeit mediocre at their job, and did I mention they were actually open at 6 in the morning?

Open 24 hours! Thats good ...and is more than just breakfast...is more than just pancakes...they have a very good spicy chicken sandwich....fries and some burgers...the Philly cheese steak is ok... if you are incredibly hungry ...homeless or are trying to play a joke on someone...but service was ok...everything was clean and it didnt smell funky or anything....like some places in that area....huge free parking

OPEN 24 HRS. A DAY! I tried the new item on the menu, Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. If you look at the pic I took, it looks dry--and it was. I complained, and the waitress, cordially responded, and brought me a side of the sauces used inside the pancakes.My tea was very good. I did order it with lemon, it was really good.Not so good: the restaurant aisles are unbelievably narrow. We had to stop and wait for people to leave and exit their table before we could be seated at ours. Two of our chairs extended out into the aisle, by 3/4 of the narrow aisle. The waitress was apologetic. Any restaurant who does this to customers and waitresses, by deliberately setting up these very narrow aisles, does not deserve a good rating.Handicapped parking is available. Door entrances can accommodate wheelchairs, maybe the narrow aisles can, not sure. Bathroom facilities, also available. The staff are friendly, and tried to make my meal right.
I ate here every day for 4 days straight during my visit to Washington. Love their food and customer service.

The hostesses are rude when they get overwhelmed or when too many people are waiting to be helped. They arent good under pressure. I witnessed a young lady dashing who was completely ignored, she sat and respectfully waited for them to let her know the order was ready. Whole time it was sitting on the counter, but they kept ignoring her she even flashed her phone multiple times. I personally wouldnt visit this location again until some order is in place, or until the management can teach their hostesses that their job is to host and assist customers INCLUDING respecting those that are out risking their lives during a pandemic to serve food from their establishment. Not good work ethic at all... To keep an establishment running you need customers.
Cousin brought us here after seeing auntie in the Hospital this IHOP is very good and clean even the bathrooms. Good place for sure.

The philly cheesecake was dryer than sugar. Our waiter Donald never bothered to check on us. I know things happen and every retail has moments but the fact he never came to check in us or see if everything was okay really was unpleasant. He avoided us the whole time instead of taking that moment and making it exceptional he slid the receipt and walked away. Honestly one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had!

Any place open 24/7 in this town should be celebrated and recognized for their awesomeness. Seriously, as Seattle grows i cannot understand why theres less and less after hours spots for the insomniacs, shift workers, night-owls, all-night partiers, and extreme morning people. They also happen to be extremely friendly at ihop given how hectic their jobs seem to be.
Great service and staff. Food was exactly what we expected. My strawberry milkshake was amazing, fresh fruit in it as well as the side of fruit with my spicy poblano omelette. Felt safe with the staff because all precautions were taken in this scary time we are in. Definitely on my to do again list.

Great service, easy to find parking even though its a small lot. Friendly wait staff drinks refilled, clean tables. Restrooms were small, reminded me of shipboard WC but were cleaned and well maintained. Standard fare, fresh side salad and well presented and prepared main course. (cheeseburger) definitely recommend. I visited midmorning and the restaurant was about half full. This is the best review Ill give for a regular restaurant.

Really fantastic customer service. Our waitress, although doing hostess and waitress job at same time, was very attentive. She reaponded to every request with a smile and brought what we asked asap. The food was fresh, hot and presented well on the plate. Covid procedures in place, but nobody was over bearing about anything. Parking was not an issue, but today was not a busy part of week nor summertime season. The sampler is the best for money value. Plenty of different tastes on plate to satisfy. Coffee fresh hit and juices tasted fresh also. Go there, you wont be sorry...
I liked their pancakes and waffles. It was my first visit here so tried their basic buttermilk pancakes and they were good. The portions are way too large for one person though especially the pancakes.
