Great customer service! Tonight I was helped by Sheridan who helped me with a return and caught some mistakes that the computer had made that almost cost me $12! Super grateful!

I have always had a positive experience at GNC just as I did this time. The associate at the store knew his products and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for.

I guess the margins on the items for sale must be huge. Every time I go in I am the only customer in the store. One sale must really make things happen for the company. Employees vary wildly on their helpfulness. Selection can be intimidating if you dont know what you are looking for. There isnt a lot of parking, but that has never been an issue for me. Egress is no great if you want to head NW on State St.

This is a mini-GNC. It has most of the essentials, but may not have everything youre liking for. There is a full sized one about 5 minutes away.

I dislike this GNC for several reasons. The first is, the staff is overbearing from the moment you walk in the door. Hello is quickly followed by What are you looking for today? After a Im just looking response they go off on all their products that are on sale, ask if youre a member of their Pro club (or whatever its called) and just wont shut up. Then when checking out the upsell/subscription stuff is simply annoying. When I enter a store, if I need help, Ill ask for it. If youve been to GNC before its not hard to figure out. The stores are small and well laid out. Unless its your first time to a store you dont need to have the usual barrage of do you know about... questions. We get it, Im there to get some pre-workout or BCAAs though. Im not new to this. Better questions would be around that, Have you been to GNC before? and if so, just let the customer shop. We know where things are and we know what were looking for. Please at least occasionally let customers shop in peace.(I gave it 2 stars because at least theyre normally well stocked and have the products Im looking for at a reasonable price)

I like this location. Friendly and informative, and not sales pushy like others. I loved it here.

Great!! I was amazed at the price I got on my favorite energy drinks! The cashier was super helpful, kind and efficient!

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is so expensive. Dont bother. The guy there was nice though.

I showed up during their open hours and they were not open.

Switched from yearly membership to a point system I am not sure that I like this better
