Drove over to try the new featured ice cream that they featured on their website, just to find out are completely out. You’d think with a new feature they would have plenary, Little disappointed for wasting my time to drive over…

Can you even mess up ice cream?? The answer is no! But cold stone give you so many options you can get anything from vanilla and a cone to crazy birthday cake sprinkle deluxe with cookie dough dipped in chocolate on top. It’s a beautiful place and never has let me down. This place is run well and clean! Enjoy!

I was the only person in line standing around for several minutes while no less than 4 employees walked back and forth behind the counter. I dont mind waiting, but not one of them even acknowledged my presence the entire time. Im sure a simple well help you as soon as we can isnt too much to ask for.If I hadnt been craving a shake so badly, I wouldve walked out before they finally decided to talk to me like I hadnt just been ignored the entire time.

Ive always been a fan of Cold Stone ice cream, but it seems their prices have spiked. I couldnt fight my craving, so I came in for a Love It cup of my go-tos.I asked for chocolate and sweet cream, MIXED together with rainbow sprinkles. The employee helping me out clarified that this is what I wanted a couple times (to which I confirmed each time), and unfortunately, I did not watch her make it. I just went up to the cashier, then noticed that the ice creams were not mixed, just side-by-side.Yes, first-world problems, but just sayin.

Have been a fan of Cold Stone for a very long time now. Decided last night that even though it was 40 degrees, I needed ice cream. This store was hopping, service was solid, the young kid didn’t know what Rocky Road Trip was so I helped him out. Seems like it comes and goes on the menu along with my other favorite Berry Berry Berry Good. Great place to grab some ice cream with the bonus of it being a Rocky Mtn Chocolate Factory as well.

Didnt allow samples, forgot to make our shake, spent 20 min longer than than wanted, refused to give us our water bottle until the end, and overall just wasn’t a great experience. Also, the teenage kid scooping ice cream dropped the ice cream twice while trying to show off his ice cream tossing skills.

How hard is it to get mint chocolate chip ice cream and mix in Jr. Mints?

The staff were all masked which I really appreciate but three other customers showed up while I was there. Not one of them was wearing a mask and the staff didnt care. Obviously you cant wear a mask while you eat but you should wear one when in the line. My kids are young and like to run around so staying 6 feet away was nigh impossible.I will not be coming back until the pandemic is over.

Ordered a cake for a birthday party a couple days before. We were in a hurry when we got there to pick it up and they had lost the cake.

Have gone to the coldstone multiple times recently each time hoping for improvement but coming back disappoint each time! From wrong orders - to being asked to leave when not wearing a mask when the people in front were doing the same and served.Will definitely be waiting for the next turn around of employees before returning!!

There was this girl working days and she was amazing. I wish I could remember her name but shes great! She mixed it so well and I was hooked. But now its not the same. I dont like it when theres just half hearted mixing and I end up doing the work myself before I can enjoy eating it. Bring her back!

I recommend going elsewhere...The last time I ordered pickup and came into the restaurant to get my order at the time it was supposed to be done and I waited in the online order pick up line for 15 minutes and waited for the customers in the regular line to be finished, finally someone asked me if I had a pickup and went and got it out of the freezer. Seriously, It shouldnt have been so much of a wait. My wife was waiting in the car and I ordered pickup for it to be ready. I didnt even need to pay. They acknowledged me when I came in but totally ignored me after. Whats the point of ordering pickup if you see the whole line get their order before you?The ice cream seemed melted and the waffle cone was crushed. :(No bueno.

Best customer service ever! Brenton Webb helped my four kids and I today and I can not say enough great things about the service we received. A smile on his face, a genuinely kind personality and great service. He let my kids taste multiple flavors without acting annoyed, which to this mom is huge! He also let us use our well expired free coupons that my first grader worked so hard for at school. Made my first grader feel pretty special that she earned enough coupons to treat her family to fancy ice cream. He also left us with a song when we put some money in the tip jar. In a world full of not so pleasant retail/service interactions, this was a breath of fresh air. Brenton you really made our experience in your store awesome and I thank you for that.

I had gift cards, so I went.They only have 1 ice cream without food coloring added in: chocolate (+ chocolate malt, chocolate hazelnut). Im grateful that I at least found one thing.They were quick to pull out the ingredient lists, and that was super helpful and impressive. I didnt see any information lists for the chocolates and frozen cakes tho.

The ice cream was great, they employees were fast and kind. My only problem was that the waffle bowl I got was a little old tasting and due to the chocolate and frosting, it sorta tasted like a foam pit mixed with a rubber slide from a fair...

I just had the best experience ever before at American Fork Cold Stone! All because of the worker Jesus!! By far the best worker at the store, very skilled. (flipped the ice cream in the air😳) and amazing ice cream!!

Seriously. It’s cold stone. Can you even give cold stone a bad review. Super friendly and fast for how busy it was. Fastest location I have visited. No complaints. Perfect as always. I do hope they have the dark chocolate without the mint soon.

I love love love LOVE this place! Did I mention I love this place? Because I do! Coldstone has the best ice cream around and is the perfect place to take your honey boo out on a date. I also like to sneak in for a sweet tooth treat every week or so. TRY IT!

I had a 2 for 1 cold stone coupon they told me in advance that they would honor. When I went in they said they could not honor because they raised their prices. Ice cream is good but not very honorable management.

Their ice cream is really good. The founders favorite is also my favorite, it has a little bit of everything to make it absolutely delicious. Theres usually a line there but it goes by quick and during the summer theres outdoor seating which makes it even better.

We ordered the mint ice cream and it literally had no flavor. Someone apparently did not add the mint. Taste test before ordering. We were very disappointed. I tried calling to let the manager know but no answer and could not leave a message.

I love Cold Stone Creamery! The ice cream is full flavored and so incredibly creamy! I always go with the combo of Cheesecake ice cream with strawberries and LOTS of Graham cracker crumbs! It is even better than a slice of strawberry cheesecake in my opinion. OMG 😍! Now all I can think about is going to get a big waffle cone full! Mmmm🤤🤤🤤😛😜😝

Benjamin and Nick are the MVPs of this location. They are hands down the best cold stone employees I’ve ever interacted with. Their performance is consistently incredible. They are professional and represent this location well. I most DEFINITELY will be back.

We love cold stone!!!! They have amazing ice creams. I just wish they would mix the ice cream with the mix ins a lot better so you wouldnt have a big chunk of something in your mouth, but besides that, that is our favorite place.

Ive never had a bad experience, or even sub par experience, at this Cold Stone. I absolutely love ice cream, so at times I can be picky of the quality that I am getting. Their sweet creme and oreo creme are to die for. I typically get a signature creation, and love the cost compared to quality. A favorite place for sure, especially on a first date wanting to chill and get to know someone

I am a lover of ice cream but more importantly of this store location. Such a fun and friendly staff who are always so willing to help me when I come into the store. I have never seen this location dirty and I always have a good warm feeling when I go there.

First, I like cold stone and will be back. However, tonight I ordered the hot cookie with vanilla ice cream and it was the most underwhelming rip off Ive ever had at a dessert place. A lukewarm store bought cookie with a quarter inch of ice cream and a half inch of whipped cream for $5? There is a local shop with a hot cookie that is genuinely fresh, right out of the oven, 4x-5x the amount of cookie, and 2x the amount of ice cream for $9.Its incredible, really. I was thinking coldstone would at least compete. Anyway, like I said, Im not upset enough to not come back, but I surely will not be ordering that cookie dish again.

The ice cream is the best in the valley. Our favorite is dark chocolate and pistachio. However they encourage tips.

We had a great experience! My daughter and I have a birthday 6 days apart. We always use our buy 1 get 1 free and take everyone in the family. This time the guy scooping our ice cream put on a whole show for us-- throwing the ice cream around, high in the air and catching it with his scoopers or ice cream cup. He made it really fun. I never tip at ice cream places, but this guy really earned something extra. We went in the middle of the day when no one else was in the shop.

Best ice cream place hands down! My absolute fav.mix is the birthday cake remix with caramel and an extra brownie omg thats the bomb! The other day I ventured outside of my comfort zone and tries the 🍌 banana caramel crunch and ooh wee it was delicious I changed the vanilla ice cream for the banana ice cream and it was the bomb!!!

It was really busy but it was nice to see that a company actually planned for it and had enough employees working to make this quick and smooth. The ice cream is always great but today was top notch!

Usually the staff are great, but my most recent visit was all around bad. The ice cream was stale, the one individual working the counter was rather rude (more on that in a few), and the wait time was long.Despite it being a rather busy day, they only had one person working. He was doing his best to be quick, but when me and my GF ordered one ice cream for the two of us (what we always do, we like the same flavors and Im trying to eat less ice cream so it was mostly hers anyways) he was generally rude and kept trying to upsell us. He was rude and brief as we payed, and eyed us until we eventually decided to just eat in the carUsually an incredible place to go, but this visit kinda ruined it for me

The last 2 times Ive been to this location, I have been disappointed. The first time, I had asked for a love it size shake and basically got a like it and had to pay for it. The second time, I asked for the exact same thing but this time I was watching the kid make my shake, everything seemed fine until he started adding cookies into it. I had stopped him and he just said sorry I turned around to go to the register and when I got my shake it tasted just like cookies. I didnt pay for the shake because I had a coupon, but the fact that he didnt even use a different blender was irritating. There is no excuse for him not to use a different blender, they werent even busy!!!

Watched employee spray cleaning solution openly on the hand towel dispenser surrounded by waffle cones they give to customers.No manager on shift to receive the complaint. Employee attempted to explain the glass protecting the product. The glass is below the level where the cleaning solution was sprayed.Normally love this place. I was extremely disappointed with the total lack of concern to resolve what happened when the cashier took the complaint.

Kinda perpetually smells like spoiled milk in here, but the prices are about a dollar cheaper than the one in American fork, so we go here when we are in the neighborhood. Great ice cream like they claim to have, but something has to be done about the smell.

Prompt service. Between the ice cream and the confections, there is something here for every sweet tooth. Its too bad the music is deafening. And Ive never cared for the hoopla that follows after I leave the tip; its actually quite a deterrant.

Great ice cream with always an upbeat staff. There are many many choices to choose from, that would satisfy just about any sweet tooth or craving one may have.

Just about my favorite ice cream place on earth. Their ice cream is almost as good as Costcos and the BYU Creamerys ice cream. The staff always treats us well, and builds us concoctions that we couldnt make at home with the aforementioned brands. I mentioned them because they cost much less and we can afford to take them home for family dinners... Maybe thats not fair, but it is factual.

The ice cream was great, but the apple we got from the Rocky Mountain chocolate factory side tasted mushy and like it had been sitting out for a few weeks. We have been here a few times and it has been good every other time but it seems like they are just a little off their game

Been a while since I last came in but they have gone down hill. Love the ice cream but the workers and customer service was horrible along with the place was dirty. My husband asked for a specific ice cream and the manager gave him something he didnt ask for when he told her he didnt want that ice cream she argued with him calling him a liar that he asked for what she was making. Then I had to ask them for a wash rag to clean all the tables. There was only my family and another lady and the manager rushed through then went in the back room then left the other lady and her son standing there for 10mins before being helped.

We usually go just for the icecream but have gotten more into the shakes and smoothies which are amazing!

Always good eats and friendly people behind the counter.

I love ice cream and cold stone. but this cold stone seemed a little off, I ordered an ice cream cake for my wife. when I went to pick it up I was suppose to just be in and out. but there arent any real directions for what to do when picking it up. so i waited in line just to get a cake i already paid for. There should be a designated place to pick up cakes. As for the cake quality. great taste! but terrible amount of cake for how much it was. the price is way to much, $30 for a cake the size of my palm, a cake that price should have at least been a little bit taller. And there was not enough ice cream in the cake. It was very dissapointing. I will still go to cold stone for the ice cream, but as for ice cream cake.... two thumbs down...
