The ONLY place that we have come across that has furniture in stock. We tried buying from Ashleys furniture and had a terrible experience. We went went to BoxDrop and was impressed with their customer service, selection and pricing. We could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Bought a sofa and love seat and it will be delivered tomorrow morning. We will definitely be back. Very satisfied.

My wife and I (married June 17, 2021) were very excited to start furnishing our first apartment. We went to Ashley Furniture, HomeGoods, At Home, Furniture Row, and lastly RC Willey. The salesperson at RC Willey said we wouldnt find ANY furniture company (in the entire COUNTRY) that would be able to deliver the goods earlier than 6-8 months. That was very discouraging. We started looking online and found a local company with a decent selection of couches.Enter BoxDrop Utah County Mattress and Furniture...This company is truly AMAZING! You can tell every person that works here is willing to go the extra mile in making furniture purchasing as easy as possible!! Purchasing can be done with cash and/or card and we were in and out (with a delivery scheduled) in less than 20 minutes.The guys that delivered our couch were cheerful, friendly, and very willing to do whatever was necessary to make us happy. The day of the delivery, one of them forgot his power drill (to install the couch legs) but said he could return the following day to finish it. No problem. The next day when he arrived, he even offered to help carry in some of our moving boxes before finishing the couch.If youre considering buying a mattress or couch from this local, family-run company, youll be in good hands. Trust me!

These people are amazing. Family owned and operated business. Cayden and his family are very warm and friendly. Very helpful in showing us options on a couch we purchased. The furniture seems very high quality and really affordable. Next time we are on the market we will be coming back. I highly recommend this to anyone looking. You wont find as much selection as the big furniture stores, but the selection is very reasonable.

They weren’t like those crazy other furniture salesman that follow you around breathing down your neck! It was a quick and easy an easy experience when I purchased the most beautiful sectional. It even got delivered the SAME day! Plus the delivery young men were careful, kind, and so willing to help. I have already recommended this place to many others.

This place is great because it has quality mattress at affordable prices. We’ve been mattress shopping for a long time for our sons room and for our spare bedroom not wanting to over pay on a mattress that would only be used for guest. We bought a couch here because the other big-name furniture stores were backed up pretty badly on some of their orders (wed been waiting on a couch wed ordered from Ashleys furniture for 4 months). Finally gave up waiting and came here, found almost the exact same couch for the same price. I ordered it and they had it delivered two days later.

Great place to go for couches! First new set Ive bought and I love the quality and comfort of my new couches. They had the best prices out of the many stores I searched through. You cant go wrong with choosing them for your furniture needs! They delivered the set 3 days later and he even helped us get them into the house and set up ready to go! Would definitely recommend!

I am all about supporting the small family businesses! When I say their ad on Facebook I knew that’s where I wanted to go. They were so friendly and helpful and I found exactly what I wanted. With covid I knew I’d have to wait a little longer to get the one I wanted shipped since it wasn’t in stock at the time. But when it looked like it would be longer than expected, the owner drove personally to Boise to get one and get it delivered on time to me as he promised. That blew me away. Who does that?! They are a company with integrity, that’s for sure! I will be heading there to get a new mattress soon!

Loved working with them. Gave me a great deal on a new mattress including a 10 year warranty. They even went out of their way to deliver my mattress earlier than my scheduled delivery day because I have the patience of a two year old and I couldnt wait. Would absolutely buy from the again!

This company was absolutely fabulous to work with! They were very good at communicating about what items they had in stock before I went to their warehouse. The warehouse was clean and well-stocked with a great selection at amazing price points. The owners were knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but didn’t pressure me at all. They also were super helpful in measuring to see if items would fit into my vehicle... and when they didn’t, I was informed they could deliver for a very reasonable price. Quick response to texts. Setup appointment for Saturday to check out their selection. Family owned, and they were both great to work with. Hailey showed me around the selection and gave me time to test them out and decide. No pressured sales! I found one I liked, but my son had me try another one (Sapphire Copper 2.0). It felt even better. It was a fabulous deal so I bought it; he delivered it later that day. It has been a glorious nights sleep the past two nights. I will be returning to get another bed (for my son) in a few weeks. I will recommend them to everyone.

SHADY BUSINESS. I had an appointment today to purchase a queen size set. I was running a little late because I was driving down from North Salt Lake. Right when I arrived, they sent me a message that they sold it. So I went inside and they said they are a first come first serve company. So they gave the mattress to someone else. They didnt have any in stock until later that week so they said come back another time. WHY ON EARTH would you take appointments if you are a first come first serve business. Highly dont recommend this place. Theyll just sell it to someone while youre driving there.Plus a lot of their mattresses are refurbished. NOT new.

The owner of boxdrop was very nice to us and help us to put our new bed to our truck, we had a little struggle to put it on it but he save us and gave us a rope to hold the bed, we made it safely to our home. The mattress that we bought felt very nice and good condition too. The price are super good too their not really expansive but has a great mattress to buy. Would definitely recommend them😊 We slept on it last night, it was AMAZING❤️❤️ I woke up without my back and hips killing me!! We bought the Sapphire king pillow top mattress. In the past we have had a memory foam mattress, when we went to the store we were able to try out several different types. We decided that memory foam was not best fitted for our comfort needs, and went with the pillow top! Best decision EVER👍❤️😴😴😴 and it came with a 10 year warranty 🙌🙌

BoxDrop has great mattresses at awesome prices. Holly and Kaden were very helpful and friendly. I was in one night, checked out the selection and the next night I bought my king memory foam mattress, box springs, two incredible pillows and very nice mattress protector all for under $800. You cant beat those prices. Why go to an expensive retail store when you can save a ton buying from a couple of awesome entrepreneurs that keep their overhead low? They have definitely earned my business moving forward!
