This is an honest company, I would trust them with any project just because what one employee did for my daughter. He found her wallet at a gas station and brought it to her, money and all in the work truck. She’s a broke college student lol he made her day. So kind of you to do that. You represent your company well and make them look very trustworthy! Thank you

Best place in town for cut glass

This company gave the worst possible service imaginable in 2017. They sent an inexperienced person (family member) to measure three replacement windows. He came three times to do this and remeasure, and in the end, all the windows were between 1/2 and 3/4 smaller than the old windows. This cost me about $400 extra in labor to make these windows fit and make the necessary frame changes. The manager made an appointment to come see me, but never showed up. I still plan small claims court action, but I simply did not have the time yet for just $400, but I would expect the company pay me back some of the about $1500 paid for the glass, which took six weeks and a couple of phone calls to get done.Had no reaction to my review and various requests to reimburse me for their bungling for 3.5 years now. Still no response to my claims as they prefer to operate as if this negative review does not hurt their business. I think the wide readership will food for thought for them.
