My husband has needed portable oxygen now for 2 months. We continue to get the run around and no return calls. Lousy customer service but they dont care. Theyre in with bigger clients and I know because I work for one of these clients and no problems getting things needed. We are going to look elsewhere for oxygen needs. Actually I would prefer not to even give them a 1 star. They dont deserve it.

Tried to leave message to nurse as I was advised but there is no number for the message machine. Dont know what I would do if this was an emergency.

Try to find the location in Amherst...nowhere to be found. Try calling the number, directed to a call center that doesn’t answer. Poor business
