First choice auto body is the first and only place that has done nothing but treated me like family !!!!!! ive never been to a auto shop where i feel they are looking out for me trying to save me money making sure they do everything needed to ensure that iam happy . if i didnt meet them i would have continually felt ripped off cheated and by all other shops as we all know are really good at making you feel hopeless and ripped off, im a huge car guy and ive literally been to almost every shop in Long Island and i can say that these guys are a blessing to my life !!!! I want to thank Mikey and his team at FIRST CHOICE AUTO BODY & AUTO SALES INC. They did a great job on my 2015 Nissan Altima SL. They made me feel like family. Everyone at the shop was honest and friendly. Its not easy being in an accident and finding a honest body shop that also does great work. They did not let my car leave the shop until the car was in perfect condition and they even detailed my car and also fixed a few things that another shop messed up. AMAZING!!! took my car here for multiple things. had my wheels powder coated/ front lip and rear spoiler color matched and fitted/ whole front end re-sprayed/ front end clear bra installed/ 35% tints all around. I must say that i was more than pleased. Was in a bad accident with a drunk driver that collided into me full speed on the southern state. Thankfully passengers from both vehicles made it safe. I had just bought this car brand new and thought it was done for however I heard first choice (family owned btw) were the experts when it comes to high impact collision. They were able to bring my car back to life like nothing had ever happened. I was updated every step of the way, I was provided with a loaner while my car was being worked on and they handled everything for me and made the process seamless. This is by far the most professional auto shop Ive been too. From when I first walked in they made me feel very comfortable and even offered me something to drink while I waited for a quote. The owners and their staff are all very kind and friendly. I came here to fix my driver side mirror that someone hit while I was parked. I had a huge issue on my car I needed brake pads on my Audi Q5 and honestly I had no idea what that meant or what I needed or who to take it too, I was recommended first choice auto body in Long Island and ones I arrived frank knew right away exactly what I needed and ordered my parts and fixed the problem the same day! I was extremely lucky That Eddie, Frank and the staff went overboard to help me fix my problem everyone was so professional and welcoming. And I have to say just the presentation of the office is very clean very nice well-kept that’s a plus for me they even have a very clean bathroom for their customers! First Choice Auto Body did exceptional work on my Truck, Tito made my truck look completely new again, and their service is fast and reliable, within a week from my accident I had my truck back and looking new again. He kept me updated on all the work and details of my truck, and I would easily recommend this as the best experience I’ve had with a Body Shop. Ive heard so many horror stories about auto body shops having your car for months because they do not follow up with the insurance companies or using cheap parts and having to return. I can honestly say I would recommend First Choice to anyone in need of their services. I was recommended to First choice by a family member and I am so glad that I decided to have them work on my car after being rear ended. Trustworthy is the best description that comes to mind when talking about First Choice Auto Body. Took my Mercedes AMG to First Choice and let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park. When I got there to drop my car off, First Choice Team had already called the car rental company to pick me up and take me to get my rental. They called me frequently to let me the know the status of my vehicle and always kept me updated. When I picked up my car, not only was it repaired to as good as new, but they even had it detailed and cleaned. Anthony, Pedro and Frank are fantastic people to work with and for sure Ill be giving them business in the future.
