BEST BODY SHOP! They towed me from the accident and gave me a ride home from the body shop. My car was hit bad and they did an excellent job aligning the front fender/bumper/hood. All brand new original parts. Paint job was superb…matched perfectly! My front wheel was smashed under the car and they replaced the entire strut/suspension/control arm, etc. I was afraid it wouldn’t drive straight after the accident, but they did an amazing job with the alignment. Drives straighter now than it did when I bought it from the dealer! Highly recommend using this body shop not only for the quality but the service as well. Grade A professional service!

These guys just fixed the molding on my 30 year old station car and it looks great. They screwed in a loose piece of molding. They didnt charge and wouldnt even take a tip.Chris at Richmond was honest. He assessed some of my wants and convinced me taking his free service was better than what I wanted to pay for. I made an appointment to get my back bumper fixed on my Honda Civic after I was rear ended, right in the middle of the covid19 pandemic nonetheless. The workers here were so nice and updated me on change in operating hours due to the virus. They called to confirm my appointment, the process was quick and easy. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. I got text messages to update me on when my car was estimated to be ready and it was ready 3 or 4 days early!! I had the most pleasant experience at Richmond Auto body! A couple of months ago someone backed into my car and I was dreading taking the car in to get fixed. From what I heard, taking your car to a shop usually entails sitting and waiting forever to be assisted, and then having to wait a minimum of a week to get your car fixed. This was not the case with Richmond Auto body. Not only did they fix my car very quickly, they provided me with exceptional customer service. The women in the front room were very sweet and greeted me from the moment I walked in. They set me up with an online tracker so I could see when my car was expected to be ready, and called me to give me updates. The gentlemen who worked on my car did a full walk through and thoroughly explained the work they did and even gave my car a fresh wash and a shiny coat of wax. As if my experience couldn’t get any better, the women in the front room even gave me a little parting gift as I left. Amazing experience at Richmond Auto Body. Got rear ended on a Tuesday. Found Richmond through my insurance. Dropped off my car the following Monday morning. Car was repaired in 2 days and was back in my car Wednesday morning. Quality work backed by their own warranty and wonderful customer service. I now carry their business card in my wallet for that day that hopefully never comes.Icing on the cake is there’s a car rental on-site with a nice selection of cars. Great service by them as well!

My door was stuck I could not open it from the inside or outside. They order my parts and they came really fast.I have a 2000 BMW 7 series so it was not a new car by far.The Tech who looked at the car was able to fix my Issue in about a 1/2 hour.He was Outstanding and knowledgeable. The staff is extremely professional, and warm. What was most notable is that it was not just me they treated nice. Every customer that came in was treated with great care. I have been in customer service for 30 years, and it’s hard to find genuinely good people.I will be back !!!Zee

This was hands down the easiest process to have my car fixed! Everyone was so helpful, especially Chris & Jo who made me feel very comfortable that my car was in good hands!
