This Advance Auto Parts location is the real deal. The staff there are on point. I went there because I thought I had a battery issue, so they did the free battery check which turned out to be fine. So he then checked the starter and alternator at no cost as well. In the end, we found out it was a sensor. Bought it and replaced right then and there

I went there today with a battery issue and they were extremely helpful . It was extremely hot today and they still had no issue assisting me with checking out my battery all with a smile on their face in 90 degree weather . I returned later and multiple people helped me . Experience was great . You definitely got a new customer and will recommend you to others . Corporate bosses should be made aware of the Great employees they have at your store . Ordered online, received a confirmation, then came to the store to pickup and theyre closed at 9am whne it clearly says theyre open from 8am to 8pm. Tried calling and I get a message saying its a non-working number...

Had a Diagnostics reading done, I appreciate the free service but when all they can do is just tell you numbers and now you have to go look up what the numbers mean, whats there purpose.Directly after I went to an auto zone and not only was I given the correct code I was given the meaning and shown the location where the cause of the malfunction was, and given a print out with an explanation to everything I was told

The rep I met was courteous, knowledgeable, and even allowed me to try the piece in the car to make sure it fit, before I bought it! Excellent service!
