Entrance NOT on Horizon and is at the end of Seabro. Easy entrance and plenty of space but all attitude inside the building. Got in at 8am for 9 am appt. In the door by 8:15 (no one waiting), unload did not begin until 9:15. Unload done by 9:45, no one says a word to me or gives me my paperwork. I’m creating this post at 10:55 standing at the desk and nobody is saying a word to me.

Second time here security guard is great very goodBut I got skip in line to get unloaded idk if they pick n choose who next.... waiting process in effect
