They are real slow on fixing your machine

They did not pick up the item to be repaired on the day agreed to. They had it for an inordinate amount of time.

Wonderful customer service, Eric is a pleasure to deal with and allways guides you in the right direction for the equipment you need. I have been going there for years.

Went there twice to get help with a new weed wacker. The head was stuck on and I needed to pull the wire out. It was a fairly easy fix but I couldnt get the head off by myself. First time I was given advice but when I went home I still wasnt able to fix it. The second time they told me to leave it and they would get to it tomorrow. Told me I probably need to buy a new head since I cant get it off easily. I told him its brand new and he said the company is crappy so I would need a new replacement. Wouldnt even attempt to help me. Everyone was too busy to actually give me 2 min and talk to me. Since I was standing there by myself I just walked out. Went to another repair place and they fixed it for me in 3 min and didnt even charge me. Like I said it was an easy fix but this place was too busy to help out.

This place is horrible. Their customer service is no good. They are very rude.
