I used my max care warranty. They said I needed new rotars. They replaced them and my car still shakes. After picking up my car my dash still has warning lights that I pointed out. His response was Ill check it next time you come to get new brakes. My steering is still messed up. A week after I picked up my car is when he said I would need new brakes and possibly something for my steering. My warranty would have taken care of these things. Now its too late and Ill have to pay another deductible. After I told them this they went radio silent. This is all happening during covid when ppls pockets are hurting. Very unhappy with service. They did not try and work this out with me. But had the nerve to ask me to write a review on here. So I am.Response to your response:You did not check the service light on my car. You looked at it and said you would check it when I come back to get brakes. What kind of service is that? Says theres a problem with steering yet ypu didnt even take a look at that.

Limitless did repairs to my JAGUAR that everyone else was reluctant to do. They did a wonderful job and I would trust them in every way to be efficient and honest. The work was extensive associated with the cooling system.

I have been going to Limitless Auto for over a year for my Jeep Wrangler. And just recently for a VW. Tyler is highly professional, explains what needs to be done (and what can wait, if I don’t have the finances at the time). He follows up with a text to make sure everything is ok. I have always been able to report that everything seems great!

Definitely one of the most thorough mechanics we have been too. Everyone can be “fast and courteous” but that doesn’t mean they are doing a great job. We’ve used 3 mechanics so far since moving here. This one is the best. Plus, never had a place give you a follow up call to make sure their work is holding up. Pretty honorable if you ask me. Thanks Tyler and the Staff at Limitless.

Tyler and the guys at limitless are very courteous and quick. Pricing is reasonable considering the service and scheduling an appointment is very easy, I had a sick day from work and the guys were able to get me in that day so I didnt need to come back over the weekend. Ill definitely be recommending them in the future.

I dropped my car off to Tyler and his crew for a clutch issue that I couldnt figure out myself. They had it diagnosed the following day by noon and gave me a detailed breakdown of the parts and work required along with a rough estimate for price. All while being backed up. He had the job done 5 days later (including a weekend) and under budget from his estimate. Car is running like new and I couldnt be happier. My advice, dont hesitate to bring your vehicle to Tyler and his crew. I will be returning for more work from him.

Tyler is great! He is honest, very knowledgeable, explains things and will always do his best to fit you into his busy schedule. Dont waste your time with any other mechanics. It is worth the trip, if you are not from the Amsterdam area.

Ive been taking my car there for over 3 years now, its the only place I trust with my Mercedes s550, When I first when there by recommendation from a friend, I needed an alternator, the dealership in Albany quoted me $1,900. They gave me a honest breakdown of parts and the labor to a total of only 650$. I would never take my car anywhere else. I cant say enough good things about them.
