William was very patient and knowledgeable. He set up my new phone very quickly, knew the answers to all of my questions, and wasnt bothered when I asked him to repeat the details for me. I was also impressed by how all of the reps that were working made a point to greet me while I was there. Im very pleased with the customer service and the new phone.
The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable of all the plans and phone choices for upgrade. They looked over my current account and found me the best deals and provided discounts to help my plan be more affordable. I left with a new phone and all data switched to new phone in little time. If they gave the option to put -1, I would. Absolutely awful customer service very rude and lazy! Opened a line 3 months ago and have had one problem after another after another. After hours on the phone with customer service (yes hours!) I was directed to finance and the credits did not show as customer service said they would. With that being said I was told at the store oh well I can’t help you with that, that’s literally what the guy said. Just wow OMG wow! And to think the woman on the phone, (finance for AT&T)sent me into the store for a better customer service experience!!Also the app to upload military proof absolutely does not work so three months I went without the discount only to be told it would take a month or two to kick in. Extremely dissatisfied doesn’t begin To explain my frustration.

Great Customer Service. The fella that was on duty 2-6-20 at 7:15 pm was instrumental setting up my wifes phone, calm, helpful, courteous. 10 years with absolutely garbage reception with t-mobile and will never go back. Everywhere that she couldnt get a signal with t-mobile she has a signal with her at&t iphone. Impressed

BUYER BEWARE!My most recent experience with this store and AT&T has been absolutely awful. I have been a satisfied customer of AT&T for almost 20 years and unfortunately made the mistake of stopping by this store for help. After agreeing to an upgrade for my family account, my bill was extremely higher than what was quoted. I have now had numerous trips to the store and calls to AT&T with no solution, only compromise, to what I was originally promised. I understand that 1 employee is not always a reflection on an entire company but I have had absolutely no help in getting this resolved with the store and AT&T. The manager was supposed to call me back twice but I have yet to hear from him. By the way, the phone number just rings and rings. Nobody ever answers it. As a local resident, I will never recommend anyone to this business.
The sales rep was outstanding, and even with constant traffic coming and going she was able to assist us and handle our switch from Verizon in a very effective manner. she was also very informed on the processes and structure of programs. Will definitely refer all family and friends to her for all future transactions. Thanks for helping us out!

Two boys in the store ignored my child and iij for over an hour without ever once saying well be right with you.... and then laughed at me bc my pen fell out. Laughed as to why Id go to the store laughed the whole time. Told me to order of off Samsung ..... why cheaper and better quality from amazon or wallys and better treatment to two women waiting patiently as they laughed.

I was only here once to turn on a new phone and while it was busy and I had to wait about 20 mins the associate working that day was so nice and apologetic about me having to wait. Once she waited on me she was sweet&funny&answered all my questions with knowledge. She was wonderful. The service was great even with having to wait.
Bought a phone case and screen protector for my phone, the saless rep greeted me immediately and was more than helpful: directing me to the right case and giving me options of colors. Even offered to put my screen protector on for me as well as the case. Wish I would have gotten her name - shes awesome!
Store is busy, but the staff is very friendly. They worked some magic to get me some good deals and I thought they were very transparent about cost. I had some issues that Walmart caused, so this is becoming like a second home. Referring to some of the other reviews, I think Id be more likely to respect a review with proper grammar. If youre using excalmatory punctuation, youre likely just being spiteful and dishonest.
Went to AAA for information on the Maine South coast beaches. The woman who helped us was amazing. She knew the area we were interested in from personal experience and gave us valuable guidance as well as maps and a book. Im looking forward to visiting the places she told us about.
Yesterday the sales person took the time to answer the phone while there was a store full of people waiting. When I walked in I was politely greeted and was told there was going to be a little bit of a wait. I’m waiting on the people that are in front of me in the line not the people calling in. Don’t turn my 15 minute wait time into 30 minutes. I’m a guest that took the time out of my day to come to a AT&T location to be helped first hand and not over the phone. I have done business there before with those sales people and I love working with them but if becomes faster to do my business online instead of in store that will be route I’ll be taking. Also to note when the sales person told the person they were working with if they just hold one second so he can answer the phone the two people in front of me sighed. This caused me to leave and I may visit another day.
I would give 6 stars if possible! The staff made my switch from sprint to att as smooth as possible. She explained the new iphone to me in detail which is why i would give 6 stars. Friendly and not pushy at all! 👍🏻

I typically hate going into cell stores because of the patronizing staff and nonstop attempts to upsell--not the case here! Salespeople and manager (I think the lady with the dark hair was a manager) were very willing to answer all questions and to help me find the best options for my situation. Even though it is a hike, I will be making this my go-to store for all my cell needs. Also considering direct tv because of them!

Horrible customer service. I was told there would be approximately 1 hour wait and I could stay or leave. I than asked if I leave would I receive a call if I left my number. No you leave its first come first serve. Ok why than would I leave and so rude. Apparently he can be rude and the customer has to suck it up, Not this person!! Im giving 5 stars because I had moved my family members to Att from tmobile. The rep made it a pretty smooth process each time even though tmobile didnt. And they were great with my kids. The only complaint I have is that there is only ever one rep at night and the store gets very busy. There wouldnt be a line if there was more employees.
I initially bought an iPhone 8+ and it was nothing but issues. Eventually I came back to add a Samsung 9+ and once again nothing but issues after I got my first bill. I decided to go into the store instead of doing anything over the phone. Shauna(not sure if I spelled her name right) helped me the best she could and was nice even though I was quite irritated and had an attitude. After a while the billing issues and confusion was resolved. Shauna even gave me a credit on my account for all the inconvenience I assume. Overall I wouldn’t recommend talking to anyone if it isn’t her. Thanks again!!
I was declinded a return under the 14 Day policy by a manager for Prime Communications a 3rd party retailer for AT&T for a cell phone in Amsterdam, NY. Reason for decline is porting my number out that I had for years and wanted to save before returning the phone. Under the 3rd partys terms and conditions and AT&Ts As long as the phone is in good condition and with original box/accessories the device may be returned within 14 days this policy wasnt obliged by managment, and is a total breach of the 3rd Partys policy and AT&Ts. My lawyer will be contacting the store, and corporate out of Sugarland, Texas. Possibly looking towards filing a lawsuit againt the managment of this store. This is a ongoing review and will be updated accordingly if resolved.

I got ripped off by the manager of this store. I was told the charge for adding another line would be 20.00 per month. Got my 1st bill for 417.00 and the entire plan was changed. Now fighting with at&t for resolution.He also told me my Verizon Samsung phone would work with at&t and guess what, it doesnt work right.

I would avoid them at all costs....they include: Catskill, Latham, Stuyvesant plaza, Amsterdam, colonie center, Clifton Park, new paltz, Rotterdam, Brunswick, aviation mall, Wilton mall, and glenville. customers phones and leave reviews without their knowledge, and we were coached to make sure to take the phones off of WiFi so there were no red flags. Overpriced, but the service is good. I switched to Cricket cut my bill in half added a third line, got unlimited (22gb 3G) and pay less then half of what I was paying AT&t.
