Always love a Starbucks stop, the Amsterdam Location was not too far out of Our way, so we were to enjoy our White Moca Lattes !!

We order from the Amsterdam Starbucks almost daily. I usually order the same drink, Venti Violet Drink or Pink Drink. I love the berries and the coconut milk. Three times now Ive got it and there are no berries, no coconut milk and its clear. If I was physically at the location I would send it back, but usually a co-worker places and picks up the order. I have tried to call, and I get Target and no one picks up the phone at Starbucks. I enjoy Starbucks, but feel my money is not worth spending there when I cant get what I order. The picture is definitely not the Violet Drink! #disappointed

This Starbucks is easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The workers always seem to be messing around, talking, or otherwise not doing anything despite how long the line is. I don’t really care about talking or whatever but they literally stop what they’re doing and talk. I have just been standing in line for 20 minutes and have not moved an inch- should be literally impossible for a coffee shop.Also, they frequently make drinks wrong. Recently I told them it was clearly made wrong (didn’t look like the pictures or any of the other ones we have got) and the girl literally just said we were wrong and that was the correct way (it wasn’t). To add on to this problem they are frequently missing key ingredients even if you get there right in the morning (things like lemonade for all the lemonade featured items, or fruit, or syrups). It would not be hard to turn the place around but they put the bare minimum in.

Love Starbucks, everytime we in town I stop. But you really need a drive through.

The worst Starbucks ever. I ordered 2 double tall caramel macchiato and the caramel was stuck at the bottom of the cup ..there were 2 ice cubes in it...completely watery....and I had to tell her to add an extra shot because she did not know what a double meant. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. And we had to wait 15min online....SO F SLOW!!!!!!!!!

My daughter loves the cake pops. All drinks we have tried are always good. Line can be long at times but you can do some shopping at Target and hit it just right.

Absolutely love Starbucks! Wish there were more around, sometimes the drive thru line is so long! I cant order ahead certain drinks I like.

Depending on the barista, depends on the experience. Unfortunately the coffee is never the same or close too with different baristas. Its either really good or meh.Otherwise the area was well kept. I think I would just like to see the counter wiped down more. Otherwise all good.

This Starbucks is literally out of everything every time I go there. Half of the time they are out of the food that is displayed, they are usually out of most syrups/sauces. Was hoping today was a different story but again they were out of half of the items. Whoever does the ordering for this specific location is terrible. They would be better off just making a list of what they actually have. I’m literally ALWAYS disappointed at this Starbucks.

At Starbucks This afternoon. Lyssette and Lisa were very friendly and accommodating. They were out of what I wanted to drink, but they were accommodating and made something similar and delicious!

To be honest, I have traditionally preferred Peets or independent cafes, but since moving from San Francisco to the Mohawk Valley, this has become my espresso oasis. While many will prefer the various coffee drinks filled with steamed milk and some sweet syrup, I usually order a triple espresso with an inch of extra water. This is not as diluted as an Americano, but allows one to sit a savor the taste, which would be over too quickly without the extra water. High praise for their pumpkin bread as well, and their gingerbread during the holiday season. The staff at this location have been consistently sweet to me too. I really wish they sold newspapers as other locations do. Only one major criticism--a macchiato is traditionally a demitasse of espresso topped with the foam from steamed milk; what Starbucks serves under that name is a large beverage with a bit of espresso and a ton of steamed milk (essentially a latte) with a huge amount of caramel syrup. I think an Italian ordering this beverage might feel Americans completely misunderstood the concept.

This is the best Starbucks Ive been to. No matter which target or independent chain store I go to, I always come home to this location. The staff is wonderful, I love them to death. Theyre friendly, happy to help and remember faces very well. They always make the best drinks, using little hacks that Ive never seen any of the other shops use. This Starbucks shop is the very best, Im very lucky to have them so close to home.

Starbucks is the only place I will drink coffee. But even though it says they close at 8, if you come anytime after 6 they are always closed. The staff are not very accommodating or friendly. A few weeks ago I waited for about 15 minutes for them the give me the complete wrong drink, even though they had written the right one on the cup, and I had to wait all over again. I didn’t complain just waited quietly for my new drink.Edit: had a great Starbucks drink tonight. The Starbucks in crossgates could learn something. Would rate 5 stars bringing your overall rating to a 4 :)

Great coffee, sweets, and drinks. Pricey, but worth it. If its in a target you can use a target gift card.

I never visit starbucks because they are racist depending on what type of neighborhood they are in.
