Called today about potentially doing business with them. I have a gas dryer and my new place only has an electric hook up. Asked if they have dryers there and the lady was short with her answer sounding annoyed, Yeah we have a couple, what do you want? So I asked if they buy or trade used dryers from customers. Lady rudely responded, No! No! No! No! No! Okay?! Then hung up on me. I understand not doing trades or buying my dryer and I would of still done business with them if they had been polite in their response because I want to support my local businesses but will be going elsewhere now.

Prices competitive with big box stores and delivered same day with friendly service.

My dad purchased a used/rebuilt washer & dryer from Rick. Within a week, the dryer stopped working. Rick came & fixed it. Within a couple days, the same part went out again. $190 dryer should last more then a week. Called Rick about this & he refused to fix it again for free. Asked if we could just trade it out for another used dryer that he REBUILDS, and he refused. Went down to buy the thermal coupler that keeps going out from Rick, he tried charging us $38 for a $7 part. My dad has always done business with Park Motor, cars & appliances. This was a really big blow to my dad & he will not be doing business there again, nor will I, nor will be suggest anyone go there. Very poor customer service.

Bought all new appliances. Rick was great and had installers lined up.. in 2 hours everything was up and running. I highly recommend Park Motors to everyone!

Excellent appliance inventory and service. Above and beyond with their service. If they tell you something it is the truth. Came out on a Sundayto service an appliance. Did not ask for that. I bought all my kitchen appliances from them on a kitchen remodel. Would do it again.Honest and hard working people.
