Most staff at the Anaconda Mt CVS is great except one I have experienced with takes no accountability blames mistake on customer important mistakes which shows poor customer service exactly when I had the pill bottle in my hand with the date and the name of the medicine I was inquiring on instead of arguing on the phone I took the pill bottle down and she could not even admit to the mistake this has happened more than once mainly on the phone this time in person and still continued to deny her mistake and pulled each one of the pharmacy staff one by one to a side to defend herself instead of simply saying Im sorry I misunderstood I apologize would have been the best way to handle it.not blame her mistake on the customer poor customer service would not hire this person does not represent the company. There is more to say if needed later and Im not the only one with similar complaints. But a big thank you to the others that do work there and try to do their best humanly possible mistakes do happen.

Tonight I went to CVS to get some photos enlarged. A young lady named Sarah helped me 100 times better than I have ever been treated in a store! She did not forget her other customers, but came back many times to see how I was doing! Just before printing, I dropped the phone, and wrecked everything we had done so far! Did she get angry? No, she showed me how to do the photos from home! This girl would be an asset to any business! Thank you Sarah! Tom Laughlin Well I went in to CVS again this morning, and I was frustrated, because I could not get a thermometer to work. I talked to Tim McDonald, (who is always been a big help!), if he knew anyone here who could help me. He took me to a very nice young lady, Jamie Albert, who showed me in 5 minutes how to use it!! She and Tim were very cordial and helpful! I would rather shop at CVS in Anaconda than anywhere! Thanks for everything--again--Tom Laughlin!
