These guys are awesome! After being hounded and treated rudely at the hardware store on the other end of town (it was 10 minutes to closing time- the guys working there didnt want my business----- they just wanted me out of there. This was even though their hours on google were outdated (I was still there before closing time of their real hours).Anyway- that pushed me to try out Stokess True Value Hardware store--- and Ive not shopped anywhere since.Their hours are VERY convenient and they have amazing people working there (of the 15+ people Ive encountered EVERYONE has been super helpful, always great to work with). If I need help- theyre very helpful. If I just want to browse around- they let me be. Just great customer service.Ive been shopping here since last November---- I see no reason to shop anywhere else. My boyfriend and I are remolding our house, we purchased a cordless drill on Nov 24th.It broke down. We called Black and Decker, they believed that the hardware store garrentied the merchandise they sell for 3 months, to our dismae we were ridley treated and told that its only a 30 day return on defective products. We spent over $254.00 that day. So we called Black and Decker again and all they wanted was photos and the drill number and date.
