Everyone is super friendly and knows their knowledge. I love going there even to just look around. If they dont know how to help you, they will get another associate or try their hardest to figure it out

While visiting family in Anacortes I stopped in Kennellys for a look see. Very impressed! Tried out several guitars and spoke to Matt the luthier about a guitar I was playing. Did he think it could be adjusted to get the action I wanted. He said yes, and then I found that the shop includes a setup with new guitars! I picked up my guitar the next day. Matt had set it up perfectly (for me). Five stars for my experience there.
