I was rushing home from work to be able to drop off a TV for repair before they closed. I called via my Bluetooth from my vehicle and the employee who answered the phone did not understand my question due to a bad connection. He subsequently proceeded to mock me, and when I asked if this is how he treats his customers, in a condensending tone explained how I needed to speak more slowly and clearly. It was really quite unbelievable. I dont know how they get any business if this is how they treat their customers. I had a quite pleasant conversation with Casey earlier in the week. The employee I got on the phone today should not in any way deal with customers. They will not get my business.
