I couldn’t be happier with the product I purchased or the service I’ve received and will receive in the future. Highly recommended, and wish I would have come in sooner.I also highly recommend the enzyme water treatment products...I’ve never experienced such wonderful spa conditions!

David “Spa Man”, thank you so much for your help! We are first-time hot tub owners and pretty much did not know what we were doing. David the “Spa Man” took the time to meet with us as our hot tub water was horrifically out of balance and disgusting! We were using a different product. David set us up with his products and a plan. I would not recommend this store. The owner is very direct and can come across as inappropriate. For example, asking how you are when you walk in and when you ask it back he asks “now you’re writing a book on me?” I felt very uncomfortable with the several different comments made, even though it was likely intended to be goofy.I would also discourage from using the repair man they recommend. He was very abrasive and told me to take my business elsewhere since I told him I was getting a few quotes before moving forward with repairs.

Great Place. The owner is amazing. EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLE WANT AND NEED WHEN BUYING A SPA OR JUST KEEPING THE ONE YOU HAVE RUNNING GREAT. HIGHLY recommend this place. DONT FORGET TO SAY HI TO THE OWNER HIS ONE AMAZING INDIVIDUAL. VERY INTELLIGENT AND KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT SPAS/HOTTUBS ETC.
