Love this place!!! After headaches from dealing with some of the knuckleheads at Home Depot and Lowes I decided to try RSSA. Every single staff member was very polite and knowledgeable. Despite not knowing what I want the sales staff were very patient and friendly with me. Didnt plan on buying a washer but ours broke down and they made the process so easy and stress free. They even have a cute dog sitting behind the sales desk.

Do not buy from this store. The sales people are rude and unprofessional. Not worth your time. We waited for almost an hour for someone to help us purchase items in their store. And the sales person was rude and told us that next time we come and visit we have to schedule an appointment. Schedule an appointment with a retail store? And btw we were the only customer inside the store. I am never going to do business with them.

No one came to ask if they could help us. They were not busy.

They have their hours of operation open until 6pm on the weekends however when I got here they were closed. Very unprofessional.

Found myself in a pickle. The two major DiY companies werent able to help so google helped me find RSSA. Great customer services and even more better selection. Bought our sinks. cooktop. Cabinet hardware, faucets, shower drain, bathroom exhaust fan, bathroom accessories from RSSA for a kitchen and master bathroom suite remodel. Good assortment of vendors products. Olivia, our sales rep. helped us make selections and provided advice.She kept us informed as to order status. I would recommend this family owned and operated store vs. a big box store.

Waited 20 mins to just get someone attention. This young lady told me to wait, no one else offered to help. It wasn’t even that busy. Absolutely no customer service and rude.

I have purchased dishwasher and it was floor unit. When I received the unit at home it was missing the Toe kick. I called RSSA several times and visited the store. I was asked to call the manufacturer and they will take care of the issue. I called the manufacturer and after providing the serial number, I was told the the unit is not under warranty as it’s been more than two year on the floor and the retailer should provide the Toe Kick.I spoke with RSSA, and I was told by David that they will get back to me. It took them more than three month to let me know that the owner refused to provide the Toe Kick and if I need it, I have to pay for it. One more clarification is when we purchased the dishwasher, we never told that the unit is sold as is or it was missing the Toe Kick.Good customer service oriented business should check the order before shipping.I spent over of $6,000 at this store and I am completely not satisfied.Hopefully new customer would read the reviews before making decisions and don’t trust sales people there as they are not authorized to make any decisions.

RSSA has got anything and everything you will need for your remodel. Their customer service is outstanding. A class act that is hard to find these days. They have everything from regular to very high end products. As always you get what you pay for. Ive had my kitchen faucet for 15 years and it looks like brand new. I have always been treated like a valued customer and would refer anyone and everyone to your store. The Brookhurst store will be lovely once its all set up. You need anything just ask for Dave or Ray. They and all the workers do the best they can to make sure your satisfied. RSSA is a top notch company in my book.

Ive been going to RSSA since 1999, and I always enjoy my experience here. Its a family owned business which gives it a much warmer experience and a lot more personalized. They always help me to see to new design ideas I would have never thought of without them. They are good people and I will continue to shop here whenever I need something new. Thanks guys.

After my last visit I ended up buying quite a bit of stuff for my home improvement projects. The faucet I received was defective, contacted them worked with Charles I was sent an replacement sprayer piece to replace the defective one. sure enough replacement piece stopped working (there faucet is prob just subpar quality) contacted them again (Charles is not longer with the company) was working with Carlos I think he is the manager? how he got there is mind bogglingemailed him all the information he wanted, he replied said he was looking into it, I sent 2 follow up emails for status update in a 5 week period and got zero response from them.I strongly encourage you to stay away from this horrible business establishment

I purchased an entire ROHLl bathroom set. Faucets dont fit correctly. The handles are loose and wobbly. They all fit just a bit differently. This was a very expensive set of valves, handles, and shower heads. I have made well over five attempts to get this resolved over the last week. They keep telling me that the company ROHL is not being responsive. They SOLD me on using ROHL as they were local and an amazing company to work. I could have gotten the same service by just ordering online. They are blaming the installer but all the handles fit differently.

RSSA is a great place for a wide range of products. Ranna and their entire group is great to work with and has excellent pricing. I am a general contractor and recommend them to anyone.

When we decided to build a new home from the ground up I never knew how stressful and long the journey would be. During this longer then expected and nightmare home build Ranna was the shining Iight that quite honestly got us through it. She guided us through the detailed and tedious process from picking out plumbing fixtures to appliances, door hardware .. right down to doorstops. Her product knowledge, expertise and experience along with her calm and reassuring energy put us at ease and gave us confidence with every decision we had to make. Ranna and the whole Rssa family is above and beyond in customer service and my husband and I would highly recommend this company to everyone we know. Thank you Ranna and family!

TERRIBLE service!! I advise those who go to this store to avoid the short woman with a short-boyish haircut. She had complained about helping me saying that I took too long with my purchase. When I had asked some questions, she also gave me a very bad attitude and said that she had other things to do which I felt that she implied she was trying to kick me out. I outright felt shocked by her words and actions, and of course, felt disrespected as a customer. All in all the customer service I had experienced was THE WORST, and I most likely will NEVER come again nor recommend this place to my family and friends.

The sales experience was OK, but delivery and installation were a nightmare. I am 54 years old and have owned several houses, units, apartments, etc. This was by far the worse, most time consuming and stressful appliance delivery and installation ever. Day 1: delivered new high end fridge to beach house. Had been promised high end delivery and installation company would do it, but RSSA changed them out at the last minute and set the third string guys. They took out old sub-zero fridge (still working), then said they could not install the new fridge because it was too heavy, and could not put the subzero back in. OK, so no fridge for a day, but they would be back in the morning with 3 guys to finish it off. Day 2: Three guys show up, cannot seem to lift or install the fridge. Total clowns. They say the A-team will come by the next day to install. No fridge for a second day with guests arriving at the house. Day 3: The so called A-team guys show up without an ice maker installation kit, even though it was on the sales invoice as included. These guys get the fridge installed in around 3 hours, with ONLY minor wall and cabinet damage.

Love this place. Most helpful family run business. We have used for many years.

The salesman was rude and condescending. We just started looking and asked for a price but we were not thrilled about the colors but we were open to ideas and he said why theres no point! Made us feel uncomfortable after that so we just left. This place was huge and had a lot of items on display but we will go else where for our remodeling needs.

David was incredibly helpful. So grateful for the time he took with us.

If you want to purchase appliances, don’t go here. They take months to get, they don’t install them, they don’t even bring them into your house. I now have 2 nonfunctional trash compactors that are brand new. They sold them to me and I have been waiting for someone to come to repair because they won’t let me return them. There is no guarantee with their products. You will never get your money back. If you’re okay with losing thousands of dollars then go to these guys.

This place is a dump. They charge too much and their products are cheap and fall apart. They DO NOT warranty anything. BUYER beware. They pay to have their bad reviews filtered but I put them on Google where they are not filtered.
