This place was amazing! Had a great experience from start to finish. Started to hear a weird sound from my brakes so went into the shop. Sam and Alex provided me with exceptional service. They took the time to understand what I was saying and their mechanics were very through with his examination. They showed me the quality of the brakes and explained to me what the issue was in detail before suggesting service. Such a relief compared to some other shops I’ve been where they just want to make a sale. I will definitely be coming to this location for all my services, I recommend everyone to come check out this spot! The service and rates are both great, you won’t regret it!

When I came to see Alex, he assured me that he will find what causing my 2013 mustang gt to stall and die when coming to a stop, sure enough within 2 days hes found the issue and luckily my part was under warranty and got a new one installed and did another smoke test found same issue with new part, but regardless I returned it and I just recieved a replacement and car is running great.

I want to pick No Star, but it wasnt allowed, Awful, unprofessional, and rude. I was there 4 hours at the dingy, dirty, unwelcoming place, but Never Again! A few years ago, Id take my cars to be serviced there, but I moved and now that Im back I think theres a new Owner or Management and IT SUCKS! Id advise women Not to go there - no class service and very unwelcoming

This place is awesome, the staff is friendly and you can tell they come from humble beginnings. This definitely is my go to mechanic they are so honest, quick, and affordable. They get pretty busy but always manage to fit you in, Id just call in advance to let them know you are coming. Very happy to give business to these guys!

These days it is very hard to find a repair shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. When it comes to repairs for me or anyone that I know this is the place to go to. Alex the owner is great and very honest, getting the job done every time. I was amazed at just how much money they saved me on my recent repair. DISHONEST⋯⋯ my boyfriend went in for a smog check. They failed him, he decides to go to another shop, and passes. The other shop explains to us that nothing is wrong with the car.

This place is a rip off! I tried to use their $29.99 coupon for a smog test,my car failed. They claimed my car had been modified!! I bought the car new 16 years ago, and has passed every smog test before this one. By the way, while I was their waiting they were trying to charge a elderly man $799.00 for a complete tune up!!

I came here since the pep boys nearby were gunna take a week to order a part and fix my truck but I only have 3 days in cali before i head back to Vegas so the clerk at la Palma told me he could see what they can do and they found the part at a Nissan dealer got me set up and installed it refilled my radiator fluid and all within the same day Im grateful they pulled it off if your stuck on time goto these guys seriously

Very thankful went there because pep boys wanted to charge me $50 to check the lighter fuse to see if it was our Alex checked it for me replace it and didnt even charge me I need to have work done on my van Im going to take all of my business to them Thank You Again Alex and see you soon

Alex is a honest guy. We have been taking our cars to him for years, he is honest and does the work on a timely manner. They take the time to explain to you the problem with your car, and explain what they will do to your car to make it right.
