Excellent service. Its rare when any mechanic shop go above and beyond for its customers. I had a leak in my tire I needed replaced and unfortunately the tire could not be fixed so I had to get a new one. The service was great and Dave was super friendly. I highly recommend this place. I see why they have such good reviews, it lived up to my expectations.

This Firestone location is the best place to get your car fixed up! They will fix your car within 1 day and charge you a reasonable price for the parts and the service to fix your car. They are honest car mechanics who are trustworthy! This is the place to get your car fixed whenever theres a problem with your car - oil change, engine failure, battery parts replacement, flat tires, etc. The general manager Dave communicates with you the problem with your car and usually fixes it in 1 day! The car will drive normally after they fix your car problems. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their car fixed by honest car mechanics. I wish all mechanic shops were this good, I had my rack & pinion replaced, I called in advance to make sure the work was warrantied as I did not want to be paying again in case it continued to leak they said it was so I took it in the rack I got had minor O ring problems due to a manufacturers defect & would drip a little so I took it back they fixed it for free I noticed a few weeks later that it started leaking again so they replaced that rack free of charge no ?s asked, I decided to have my cv boots repaired as well since I was taking it back in, they topped off my fluids & balanced my tires without asking for it now my vehicle runs great & it feels great to have a honest shop out there that stands behind their work, thank you Dave I really appreciate your honesty & your crews great service.

Since I am not a novice in auto repair I will not give a 5 star. i.e. I do not know if I got a fair deal for my rear brake change.. I feel that I did, but I believe in the good of humanity.I had great customer service, I was treated respectfully, I was able to make a same day appt, the customer waiting area was clean and did not stink, and I had some great conversations with a few people while I waited for my brakes to be replaced and my oil changed.

Extremely honest and knowledgeable staff. Dave (owner) cuts right through the fluff and gets you taken care of. Last time, my trucks lift gate was inoperable and Dave repaired the mechanism free of charge. Wont go anywhere else.

Dave Mitchell at Mitchell Tire Services provides excellent service EVERY time I bring my car in to him. This most recent trip happened to be a dead battery where the car had to be towed to his shop by AAA. Because Dave is so honest and trustworthy, I know that I can just send my car off to be towed with the AAA mechanic and I know that Dave will handle everything on the other end. And thats exactly what happens every single visit. Its great having a mechanic that you can trust.

Got off work a little late and wanted to squeeze in to fix my flat but they let me know it was cutting it too close. Doug recommended another shop opened a little later so I wouldnt have to rush as much.Just on customer service alone this place is great! No wonder Google maps pinned this place for me. Definitely will update if I ever need service because they are now on my top choice place to go.

Mitchell Tire does a great job. The prices are good and they rotate tires with an oil change. They are always friendly and never pushy.

Completely honest auto repair shop. Another customer asked about transmission fluid flush that he was told he needed from another place. Owner explained to customer that for his vehicle the manufacturer recommended that it did not need to be flushed for the life of the transmission.
