Yesterday September 5 the service was horrible and I spent 71 dollars at this store and they still didnt give me all my order I paid for it. When I called to speak to a manager I was basically disregarded and told there is no Manager and they dont know when One will be Available. This is so disrespectful to customers that drive 40 minutes to a Store they considered a Great place. I spent also a hour waiting for a incomplete order.😞😞. And they still wanted to charge me 85cents more for Butter to spread on my Bagel, after a 71 dollar order. So Sad and forgot items in my order.

This place gets slammed but the staff is AMAZING and handles everything with kindness. Thank you for working so hard Bagle Me crew!!! Your toasted everything bagel with butter is my favorite!!!

Just stop by to get coffee and drinks. Saw the place very busy and the food looks good. So we tried their bagel sandwiches and it is awesome. Very good food. You will love it.

I want to thank Begel Me! for prepare me an awesome chicken avocado& bacon begel w/ fries. They really made my day. The french fries were crispy and soft-just perfect. Everything taste fresh!. . I really recommend it!

Wife ordered a jalapeño bagel online for pick up and it says 5 min so I say cool I’ll head over we are 12 min away. Get there and it clearly looks like they never saw the order. Then the cashier says we tried contacting her...to cancel. I asked my wife and she had no missed calls no messages. Clearly they can’t handle online ordering. Don’t bother with this place.COVID-19 has made going into restaurant very unsettling and online ordering has been able to streamline the ordering process. Bagel me doesn’t care about your health if they can’t even contact clients about an order.

Good for easy online ordering and to go bagels. Bagel was good, but Noahs bagels taste better.

After being on hold for almost 10 minutes they got my order wrong. The manager wouldn’t step up and major it right. Not going back anymore.

Super slow and $12+ dollars for a burger n drink!!???? at a bagel place?? I rather go to Reunion Kitchen and pay $15 for a gourmet burger with high grade beef!!

Poor setup. Enter right door, self serve bagels, move to line, but line is in both directions. Make order for toasting and cream cheese and hand the lady the bagels I chose. How long should that take? 20 minutes later I inquire; the lady checked and tells me the bagels I wanted were out. I advised her I hand chose the bagels and handed them to the girl at the register. oh, well they must have used your bagels for someone else, youll have to choose another. 30 minutes total for 2 bagels, one of which wasnt even what I wanted. Will not return.

Fresh food, good portions, friendly staff. Not much more you can ask for. Highly recommended for a full dine in breakfast alternative. Started coming here after disappointing experiences at corner bakery. Give it a try and decide for yourself.

This place is horrible. very poor in service. They had five workers did not know what the hell they were doing. It took 30 min to get the 2 bagel, 1 melt and 2 drinks. They filled other peoples order first even they ordered after me. I ordered jalapeño bagel felt like two days old bagel they served me. Top of all this place is way over pricey for the food quality. Wont be going there anymore.

Overpriced and they give you the tiniest strip of salmon with no capers or chives if you order the lox

Cute place, it does a decent selection of bagels that you can purchase in bulk for a party or event if you like. I have tried a cinnamon toasted bagel and a tuna melt. Tuna melt was actually really good, it did take a lot longer to make even though there were only two other customers when I was there. But it was fresh, and a good portion. The cinnamon bagel was okay, one half of the bagel was actually pretty charred on one side, so there was a burnt taste to it. But, the place has been around for a few years and definitely popular for the locals, and it is not on the cheap side.

Saturday morning around 10 and there wasnt enough help to finish an order for a bagel sandwich (not toasted or heated) in less than 15 minutes. Now...it was a good sandwich, but 15 minutes to order from the counter and walk out with it? Not so good.

Love this place. My friend and I go there for at least 3-4 times a month. Always get the premium ham with extra sauce. It is so good.

Wayyy overpriced... $9 for 2 bagels... 2 garlic bagels with NO GARLIC on them.. a few pieces of garlic.... disappointing . Boardwalk bagels in Anaheim has the best garlic bagels, you actually get garlic on the bagel when you order the garlic bagel, and only $5 for 2 bagels. Will continue to go there 👌

For a bagel location it sure takes them way too long to toast a bagel. 30 minutes and still waiting for it. Not worth the price they charge considering they take forever. Dont waste your time.

Food quality was decent. Took 5 minutes before I finally asked someone to help me. Hardly anyone here but they seemed to be too busy? As a first time visitor, a greet would help me know that I’m in the right place, how to order etc.

Great service and AMAZING FOOD!!! I had an omelet with bacon, avocado, tomato and cheese and it was one of the best omelets Ive ever had. You have to try the breakfast fries too. Careful though they are addictive.

Ive been there so many times and its OK, the employees need some customer service training. I will still go because there are no other bagel places in the area but I wish it was consistently a good experience and not hit or miss.

Sandwiches are always good, but this time they asked if we wanted chips or upgrade to fries 3 of us said chips and one asked for fries, when food arrived no chips they said we have been out of chips so we gave extra dipping sauce, thats like saying we are out of fries so we gave extra catsup.. then the fries never showed up when I asked they said, oh they are being made mind you all food was finished and another 10 mins passed, when we were going to get up and leave...the fries showed up.

Excellent bagels and drinks. One stop spot to have a great breakfast with good seating for the family. You can make phone orders and pick it up on the go which is convenient. I like the cinnamon glazer with cream cheese or the jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeño spread. Service is good and staff is helpful. Cant go wrong with a trip to Bagel Me.

Quick service and delicious bagels with cream cheese that oozes from the sides and gets all over your face. Worth.

Its OK. Definitely nothing special, the main benefit of eating here is that you dont have to clean up after yourself...So.... yeah. You can make much better food at home.

I love the Bagel Me chain but this location over and over again has proved to have poor customer service and inconsistent food quality. My visit today was the last straw, I will not be coming back.

Good food but subpar service - my favorite thing to get is a bagel sandwich (turkey) and dip their awesome bagel chips into that apple sauce like sauce that they give you. Its truly delicious and worth a try.

I like the bacon egg chipotle bagel, it is pretty tasty.I struggle with going there, several times they have been closed by the health department for roach infestation.

I love the food but wish they sold potato chips too!

Friendly service great bagels and for decent prices

The food is very good, but I have two large complaints and one minor one. The first large complaint is that for what Im getting, the prices are a bit ridiculous. The second complaint is that the food takes forever to come out, even if Im the only one in there. It seems that for most of the day they only have one worker doing all of the positions. My last complaint, which is minor, is that they close pretty early.
