Just left this place. I went in with three 5-Gal Bottles and let the older female employee know Id be getting 1 with filtered water and 2 with Alkaline and I proceeded to pay $16.50 and fill up my jugs. As there is only 1 Akaline water spout. I filled 1 Alkaline and 1 filtered jug up. Then when I went to fill the 2nd Akaline bottle the woman runs up to me and turns the water off.She tells me that I already filled up two Alkaline bottles (again there is only 1 Akaline water station). I told her that I didnt and actually only have one of each. She tells me No, you already have two and only paid for two. Which is perplexing, because she looked at me as I filled up the bottles. Anyway, I found the experience very offputting and rude, I wont be coming here again.
